Sabo Week Day 4 - Memories

given my inability to draw anything thats even remotely sad (or emotional in any way), i went with teen sabo and teen koala for today :3

based on my headcanon that sabo isn't that good at fishman karate- well, he is, but he got rusty after focusing on other types of combat with dragon- so koala would always spar with him only to kick his butt everytime, resulting in sabo growing frustrated. definitely a cherished memory for him

i don't get how people could think that law is going to be part of the strawhats. he has his own crew. are the heart pirates nothing to them? do these people just ignore their existence, or do they think law is the type to, i don't know, abandon them forever to go be part of another pirate crew? law would never do that, and never in his life has he shown interest in doing that. he's not going to be part of the straw hat pirates. he has his own thing going on, he said it multiple times.

yes i do! i like them best when buggy is involved too though. mishuggy is always on top for me <3

i don't talk about them a lot because i'm just more passionate about shuggy, so they use most of my brainpower lol, and also because the mishanks side of this fandom scares me a bit. i've seen things happen to other shanks/buggy/shuggy centric blogs that i would just rather avoid.

this might be surprising to hear but on a personal level i'm not too fond of shanks as a character, he has made some choices in the past that i strongly disagree with (i'm a firm buggy apologist)... but i still appreciate his place in the story and the way he's written a lot. he's one of the characters i spend more time analyzing and dissecting. i'm usually not a fan of extremely mysterious characters, but with shanks it's different. i don't know how to explain it. i would love to perform open brain surgery on him
