hey uh maybe we shouldnt celebrate a catastrophic flooding event where CHILDREN have fucking died??????!!!!! i dont care if yall view appalachia as disposable piece of shit hillbillies, the children living here did NOTHING wrong. what the fuck is wrong with yall.
btw ur also cheering for the suffering of queer appalachians, black appalachians, trans appalachians, and so many other marginalized identities that call this place home. but i forgot yall only care about marginalized people if they live in progressive places. go fuck urselves truly and sincerely
The fact that Sevika is canonically* crashing in Silco's office above the "abandoned" Last Drop after his death as she monitors the other Chem Barons, Piltover forces, Firelights, and whatever she can scrap together to hang on to the Zaunite revolution is a little bit heartbreaking. I suppose it figures, no longer working under Silco and seemingly trying to keep his holdings (given her ability to summon the other Chem Barons) pay for her is probably... sporadic at best. May as well make the most of the situation.
For whatever reason on this particular evening she's comfortable enough (probably knowing fighting is diverted elsewhere at the moment) to take off the Jackpot Arm and her boots and get a little rest after a dinner of tinned soup and hard liquor (and tinkering with and reloading her arm.) She's far too busy to keep the place any kind of clean (tools, empties, and paperwork loose everywhere.)

Here's a bonus of her pouring over her map and notes:
go watch Barbie
One thing that tickled me about the Barbie movie was how Gloria's husband is (imo) a 'Real World' Ken.
We see very little of him in the movie. In both of his scenes, he's trying to speak/learn Spanish. He does nothing important or if consequence in terms of the plot... But he's trying to learn a language his wife and daughter speak. He's not excelling, I'm not even sure if he's succeeding. But he is kensistently trying.
For all of the 'Real World' men who are antagonists or opponents to Barbie, El Esposo de Gloria (as he is listed in the credits) has true Kenergy.
"literally" is the greatest word in the english sentence she adds so much to every sentence she's in and I am madly in love with her <333
