First Nations Development Institute (these guys do everything: a program to provide training and assistance to Native farmers and ranchers who are just starting out; a Native language immersion program to fight language loss; and finally, the Western covid 19 response grant)

Indigenous Women Rising Abortion Fund (btw they're trans friendly, it's open to all indigenous people in the US and Canada)

Quileute Move To Higher Ground Fund (global warming is going to drown their community)

The Native American Rights Fund (a legal nonprofit fighting for the maintenance and advancement of Native Rights, including preservation of ancient hunting and fishing traditions, helping tribes obtain federal recognition, voting rights, and the reclamation of stolen artifacts)

The Redhawk Native American Arts Council (really amazing organization that aims to preserve and uplift Native culture through their art, educate the public on Native history, and producing four of the largest Native culture celebrations in the country)

i learned that Abraham Lincoln was kicked in the head by a horse at age 9, almost severed a thumb with an axe, got frostbite on his feet, clubbed on the head during a robbery, had malaria and smallpox, and experienced the death of his mother, sister, and 2 sons. He suffered from melancholy(clinical depression) (x)
