currently thinking about how insensitive Best Jeanist is made out to be just to serve his role as a (partial?) comedic relief character:

- he refers to Dabi’s trauma as “dirty laundry”

- he makes a skinny jeans comment right after Hawks reads his mother’s goodbye letter

Jeanist can be incredibly insensitive. And I fear that I love him for it even still because he doesn’t intend to be, he’s just a man with a heavy jeans fixation.
