Important reminder with all of this “superstra¡ght” bullshit.

THIS is the superstra¡ght flag. Vertical, two stripes, orange and black, very bright orange. Sometimes comes with nazi symbolism but obviously I’m not putting that flag on here. Used by alt right, nazis, and transphobes.

some of you who frequent twitter and/or tumblr may have heard the term ‘poppytwt’ [ poppyblr on tumblr ] and if you’re anything like me, there’s a decent chance you’ve heard the term but never got told what exactly it was.

here’s an explanation <3 mcyt/dsmp anti’s, i do genuinely want you guys to listen to this too. surely, you can understand why this is bad.

poppytwt refers to a group of people who sexualize minors and adults on the dream smp. more specifically, they’ll make nsfw art (sometimes even minors with the adults), make nsfw fics or make inappropriate comments about the minors of the dream smp.

you don’t have to like dream, tommyinnit, schlatt — anyone in general. you don’t HAVE to like any of them. however, this is going directly against the cc’s boundaries and can make them uncomfortable or even IN DANGER.

speaking on a more opinionated level, i don’t understand why anyone would enjoy making people uncomfortable and sexualizing people who don’t want to be sexualized.

from the general observations i’ve made, it seems to be mainly minors that are doing this, unfortunately. :(

additionally, whilst i don’t support sexualization of minors, do not send these people death threats. block, report - do whatever you need to do to have peace of mind but by NO means should you tell people to eliminate themselves.

for those of you who are against this, i strongly recommend you block and report anyone who genuinely enjoys poppytwt. and for those of you who are a part of it, just don’t interact with me if you wouldn’t mind. i’m not going to be rude to you, but i’m personally against the sexualization of minors — for any reason.
