i love baby lepps so much. there's just everything about the 1979 wasted & rock brigade videos that brings the absolute joy in me: their early, raw, 'still in the 70's' unpolished sound, almost all of them having that perm, steve's heavily glam rock influenced silver + rainbow costume, sav's white pirate shirt, his striped pants, these silly little feathers on joe's jacket and on his sleeve's edges, the way he moves; a little more constrained than the way we usually see him move, the way he grabs the microphone's wire while singing, and of course rick allen being just 16 years of age, in his striped stockings, looking so focused on his playing. i just love seeing them like this, so young, cute and ambitious. if you haven't seen these videos, please check them out! if you're a fan, you'll surely enjoy them as much as i did.
