((Fellas, this isn’t about “letting Wheatley be dumb”

This is about acknowledging that constantly calling him dumb is what has contributed to him having some severe psychological issues that could and has probably resulted in him feeling really depressed.

If you actually paid any attention to his dialogue in the game and how he behaves, you can very clearly see that he has self esteem issues and that he does not appreciate constantly being referred to as stupid. It’s as someone once said:

Not to mention, don’t you think it’s a little bit insensitive to constantly be calling someone stupid when they show obvious signs of having ADHD? How do you think the people who easily relate to Wheatley must feel? To constantly have their symptoms of ADHD equated to stupidity? It doesn’t feel nice, does it?

Anyways, I’ve covered Wheatley’s intelligence at length on my blog in various of my analyses. Check them out if you’re interested. Just know that Wheatley is a core who is of average intelligence and that he shows multiple signs of having ADHD. He’s not mentally challenged.))

TopHatTrio Asking for Coding Help on mods

Okay, I feel the need to make a call for help in completing my Don’t Starve mods.

Last year I created Don’t Starve Character Mods based on my TopHatTrio blog. The characters were Professor Layton (from the Professor Layton series), the Warden (from SuperJail!) and the Once-ler (from The Lorax movie). After posting them up on the Steam Workshop, I was happy people took a liking to them. Actually, a number of people took interest in them being DST compatible.

The problem? They’re incomplete. I’m not a code person. I’ve spent the past several months trying to learn really simple things and overcome tiny hills of problems that I can’t seem to get past. It’s really worn me out and I don’t have all the time in the world to learn code. That’s why I thought it would be best to beg on my hands and knees to the internet for help in getting them complete for base game/ROG and Together. If anyone knows code and would like to help assist a poor artist in completing their mods, feel free to note me here on tumblr! I’m looking for people who know how to use spriter and who know how the code works in the game. You don’t have to be an expert, but have experience in modding. I’ll be sure to credit you in helping me with the mods on Steam! (and maybe draw u a free pic or something?? idk I really need help) Once they’re fully complete, then I can start working on the DST versions (which I also would LOVE help on too if you’re interested!)

TLDR; MESSAGE ME IF YOU’RE CODE SAVVY IN DON’T STARVE AND INTERESTED IN HELPING A POOR, DESPERATE ARTIST OUT.
