Gosh for the amount of times ive rewateched your animatic thinking that Donnie actually killed Leo. Whose blood (if it is blood) is it then that is shown? And how old are the twins when this event occurs?

Hi @enchantix-warrior !! Thank you for the question! This is what happens directly after the animatic.

As for their age, I'd say they're around 26-27 years old by this point.

In this specific fight, Leo already knocked Raph unconscious from the start. Also I know I haven't introduced Usagi too much into how this all plays out but he's a bounty hunter hired to take Leo in, dead or alive. They've become friends (frenemies?) over time due to Usagi being able to objectively see what Leo's been trying to do.

now, i'm not expecting much for the finals but... if Life Mission (and Bloodbath) somehow wins or ties... i will release the full trailer by the end of the competition-

This must be the first time they really get why Donnie doesn’t like them. I mean, there’s Raph and everyone else, too, but. But. Leo and Donnie, the close-as-can-be twins. Leo and Donnie, going from jostling each other’s shoulders and taking playful potshots — just spending time together and laughing — turned to whatever tense and fraught thing their relationship may have become.
