Just thought I'd share the first Scandinavian creature I ever painted.
Nisse are little gnomish creatures that live in your house. They can be very mischievous if not treated with the respect they deserve (i.e. leaving a hot bowl of porridge out for them) or if you're generally neglectful to your house and livestock.
Listen I completely understand why people skip the filler in One Piece because it’s already so long, but then you miss gems like Zoro getting forcibly adopted and bullied by a gaggle of orphans for an entire episode
Been working on a comic concept for my creature artwork. Here’s just a small interaction between Adam and Evelyn. Hope you like it!
I changed it a little, don't know if it's for better or worse but it is what it is
I wanted to show the sheer scale of the creature compared to the average height of people in the Victorian era, so I drew my take on Victor! And, yes, I did use Timothée Chalamet as a reference because no matter what Guillermo del Toro would have me believe, Victor Frankenstein is a skinny, dehydrated college rat in my mind (this was intended as a complement to Timothée I truly think he would crush this role).
POV you drew this in 2022 after discovering Panic! at the Disco because you couldn't stop thinking about that part in the Emperor's New Clothes music video where his spine cracked so hard it altered your brain chemistry:
God I miss this man 😔…
Can’t wait for season 2 of OPLA!
I started this painting of the Yule Cat a while ago and never finished it. If you don't know about the Yule Cat, I highly recommend you Google it. It's a giant cat that eats children who don't do their chores and he's one of my favorite Christmas adjacent folk characters!
