Their name is Boreal and they are an arcanist from the 1870's of London ^_^ They're a professional underwater diver cursed by the Manus Vindictae to live amongst their fishy friends and awaits the "Storm" as their final resting place.

All of the FFXIV soul crystals and some stones from real life that could serve as their analogues!
