got so caught up i forgot i designed a lil lamb boyfriend for pavia.....

their name's oleander n theyre from medieval rome. beast type. firestarter (blue flames by their cards!)(cards id redo when its not 3 am...). was a nun turned statue guardian from an abandoned church after coming into their arcane powers n sent away by their priests. found by vertin in the late 1800s while trying to escape some thugs they pretty easily scared off. was around 27 when they were told to start waiting and... waves hand.

theyre rather brutal in battle n always go into fights ready to fight to the death - pavia got a lil crush seeing them bite someones head off (their ult <3) and thus he's always around them like a lil puppy. probably only person besides vertin he can be a normal person to.

top images r their insight 1 and insight 2 respectively - insight 1 is the general state they were in when discovered while insight 2 is their more comfortable, less uniformed state they greatly prefer. i cant think of anything else so. end post.

learning animation and practicing layout while seeing my WoL/OC talk and move is my fav 2 birds 1 stone

started a sonic blog to quarantine my sonic oc obsession. im back in the building again TT_TT

finally got around to finishing up my sonic oc's full ref sheet ...

this is mono the (harlequin) rabbit my mobster rabbit with gloves that let her control gravity. more info about her below!

mono is the oldest daughter (but overall middle child) of a powerful crime family that carved its place in the criminal underworld through arms dealing and modification. the family has ties to clutch from the IDW comics and he is mono's literal godfather. the two are rather close because he had to babysit her a few times since he owed her father. internally he justifies the fact he does care as a "she is a future business investment i can hold over her family" thing. now she works with him.

in my head during the IDW comics she's quietly in the background whenever clutch is relevant... she's just working in white park grand chateau. during the phantom riders arc she works as a ref for clean sweep... after the current arc she has nowhere to go since she's only really known a life of crime but she ends up trying to join the restoration and it is obviously difficult for her.

probably spends time with belle due having similar circumstances of "they would definitely have better lives if their loved ones weren't criminals."

personality wise mono is on the surface rather emotionless. she's seemingly cold and distant, not really talking much due to her upbringing... but she does care. she is just the type who's actions speak louder than words because she would rather not speak at all most days. again, it is clear she would have been a good person if not for her family upbringing. she has a good head on her shoulders, just unfortunate circumstances. she only really shows small bits of emotion here and there.

the one thing that does make mono show emotion though is fighting and sparring. it is the one thing she does where she can truly feel equal with people. though with that said, the sudden intensity compared to her usual demeanor comes off as more creepy than endearing to most restoration members.

she desperately wants to befriend the diamond cutters, specifically whisper as she sees a lot of herself in her. whisper does not trust her much after the events of the phantom rider arc and her working with mimic for a bit, but tangle still tries to befriend mono and help her get closer to whisper.

mono claims to be looking for a missing friend herself but keeps details about it vague.

ok new oc meet rune the sea slug she's a researcher who, in order to preserve herself during the forces war, stuck herself in virtual reality and now she exists as your favorite holo helper (or nuisance). a ghost in the machine. the status of her body is unknown to all.

me when i lovingly infect your code with the ghost of myself. me when i make you want to tear off your chassis and rip out your wiring to make sure you never hear me speak again. me when i rewrite your code without lifting a finger.

i thought it was alright. outside of my general loathing of zenos and asahi to the point where i hated every second they were on screen, i enjoyed it. it’s not the worst thing.

that being said i was not ready for this man to come back looking that attractive under his mask with THAT VOICE…
