“this was his feelings realization” “this was bucks ‘oh.’ moment” nonono he is being crushed by his reality in ways he cannot even begin to grasp rn. his entire world is crumbling. all he knows is eddie is going to texas and his heart and mind are both blowing up in slow motion. no. first, buck buckley is going to go absolutely fucking chernobyl. he will tear this whole place down. and make a series of decisions so baffling it will actually force him to look inwards. and so then he will go “wow. is there a reason i was being Absolutely Fucking Bonkers Insane about all this?” and THEN he will realize.

one thing i'll say is if you watched that episode and didn't read any interviews you would think buddie canon is coming. like i know people are dooming about the interviews. but. in canon. all signs point to buddie. that last scene was fucking insane.
