Tumblr insanity is practically in the terms of service but tiktok tries to be “the voice of the people” and a “tool for advocacy” so often that you get this righteousness and evangelical approach to social media and misinformation versus tumblrs jokes and meta discourse.

Tumblr knows what it is and who it’s for, tiktok is trying to be the only social media platform and is failing at that.
