We are to dumb to think for ourselves, so men should think for us
Traditional Husbands also have a huge part to play in a traditional marriage, although it’s not acknowledged by many of traditional individuals. So here’s a small list of the traditional husbands duties :
Make your wife feel protected, whether she’s with you or not.
Do the heavy lifting and fixing jobs around the house for your wife.
Always greet your wife with a kiss
Set an example to your daughter/s what a boyfriend should be like, and your sons how they should treat women.
Always bring gifts back from long work trips to show your loyalty and appreciation.
Make sure to remind your wife that you love her by taking her on dates, saying “i love you” frequently and holding her when she needs it.
Cater to her emotional and physical needs, like she does for you.
Give her days or time off, especially during pregnancy, birthdays and holidays in general.
This relationship is a balance, she looks good for you so make sure you’re hygienic and groomed for her.
Assure her consistently that she and her kids are completely provided for and protected as long as you live.
Support her in everything she does.
Women are a lot more emotional then their male counterparts so approach arguments and conflicts with caution and care.
Make sure you understand her boundaries and what she considers wrong etc, otherwise you’ll run into many arguments ( and obviously abide by these boundaries ).
Never talk badly to others about your wife. Even to your own parents and children.
This list isn’t all the duties of a traditional working husband, just a small guide. Although men and women aren’t equals, within a relationship it’s a balance. We have to work toward that balance by showing we have equal yet opposing duties.
Honestly!!!

“Umm, what was I doing again?“ Ever since the seminar, Melanie had been finding it hard to remember things. The seminar itself was good; Melanie remembered really enjoying the speaker, which was a bit of a surprise. Usually, the people the university brought in for these “Women’s Empowerment” seminars were quite boring.
This time, however, it was… different. She wasn’t sure exactly why. Melanie couldn’t put her finger on what it was about the speaker that stood out so much. She actually couldn’t remember much of anything about him. She just remembered him being so… good to listen to.
“Hi Melanie.” A man’s voice called out to her. She turned to see someone approaching her. She didn’t recognize him, but decided to stop anyways.
“I’m sorry, do I know you?” Melanie asked the man. She thought he was very handsome. The very definition of tall, dark, and mysterious. He looked a little older… maybe a Senior at the school. He seemed familiar to her, as if she had met him somewhere before… a frat party maybe.
“It’s Chris.” The said matter of factly and in a way that made Melanie feel as if she was silly for not knowing.
“Um, I’m sorry. I can’t seem to remember you.” The confused co-ed looked away, feeling a little embarrassed.
“We met after your seminar last month. I was speaking at it.” Chris said with a sly smile. “You don’t remember?”
“No,” Melanie admitted, “I mean, I remember the seminar. And the speaker was really good. But I didn’t recognize you. I’ve been having a bit of a tough time remembering things lately. I’m so sorry.”
Chris laughed and touched Melanie on the shoulder. “It’s okay, sweetheart. You’re just a dumb little girl. No one expects you to remember anything important.”
A sudden rage ignited inside Melanie. She wanted to tear this guy apart for saying something so disgustingly chauvinistic. Just as she was about to open her mouth and yell, however, something in her brain stopped her. It was like a switch had been flipped and, suddenly, her anger completely disappeared.
He is right; she thought, I’m a dumb little girl. I can’t remember important things. Wait… why did I just say that….
“Confused, Melanie?” Chris interrupted her thoughts. “It’s okay. You don’t need to understand.”
“I….” She struggled to find words. Everything he said sounded so… true. His words becoming her gospel. “I… don’t need to understand?…” Her voice trailing off at the end, making it sound like more of a statement than a question
“That’s right, Melanie.” He put his hand on the side of her face; the tips of his finger at her temples. His touch sent dull waves of compliance through her, leaving her more vulnerable to his words. “You’re my mindless hypno-slave. I am your Master.”
Melanie blinked before her eyes entered into a blank stare. “I am your mindless hypno-slave. You are my Master.”
“Good girl. Now, follow me. It’s time to bring you home.”
You don’t just accept it… you enjoy it !!
