i really think someone should make a youtube channel where the premises of all their videos are “how to get pure water using only X” but they get continually more obscure and after like 10 videos it’s just a chemistry channel where all the videos are them taking some random chemical and getting water out of it

sometimes it's okay to write 200 words. or 100 words. or even just 10. sit down with the thing, give it as much attention as you can, keep the story fresh in your mind. you can still finish it, even if it's just 10 words at a time.

tabs are really simple if you’re playing a part that’s focused on picking
it just shows which fret to hold down on which string and when to play it

the curved lines between numbers are just saying to let the note play for a little longer
i’d say just try playing through it one step at a time
try each fingering then play the strings
maybe set up some presets you can switch between for the different fingerings
you’ll have to practice a bit and you might not get it for a while but just stick with it

you can switch between preset fingerings with number keys and play individual strings with qwerty
the song ive been practicing most is home from undertale and its pretty simple
the main difficulty is playing the strings with one hand while switching presets with the other
strumming is probably easier
