I Saw This Tiktok About The Hunger Games And How The People In Capital Didn’t Care About The Children

A lot of media I think is about hacking and the lesson that you shouldn’t type or record anything that you wouldn’t want the whole world to see.

Like when they hack a personal internet diary, and everyone sees all the mean things that person said. And then they say “well you shouldn’t have even recorded it!” I think that’s dumb, I write a bunch of shit I wouldn’t say to anyone because it’s all rude and stupid, but I write it down because I thought it. It’s my own thought and I feel like I shouldn’t have to worry about someone seeing them and judging me for my own personal thoughts.

I need a fic that focuses on Billy as a lifeguard. Like he’s actually really good with the kids that he teaches and he takes his job really seriously. Like maybe he teaches Holly and like she adores him, and Nancy has to take her to lessons one time and Nancy is baffled that Holly likes Billy. Maybe Holly likes Billy cos their names sort of rhyme or something.

Okay so I was driving for 5 hours the other day and I came up with this fic idea. Basically Billy worked for a 24-hour mechanic shop called “Patchwork” in California since he was 13. (At first maybe it was just after school for a couple hours and on the weekends, and then it goes to the night shift.)

I’m thinking Patchwork is really weird, like there’s 2 floors and the first one is the garage and the second is a motel type thing. But basically it’s for LGBT+ people, like if they were kicked out, or being chased by someone, or just need a place to stay for the night.

Anyways, he worked at the front desk from 13-14 and basically he took calls, made appointments, booked the motel, and all this other stuff. I’m thinking like he helped patch people up who were injured. (I was thinking like rudimentary stitches, or splinting a limb or something.)

And then from 15-17 he worked as a mechanic. I had a weird idea for the shop too. So you know how the Boy Scouts have badges once they complete a task, well Patchwork has something similar. They get patches to put on their coveralls for like their 1st oil change, first alignment, first tire change, and stuff like that. (Side note: I don’t know anything about mechanics or cars.)

Ooo maybe one for like “complete restoration” and like it could be that he restored his Camaro from like scraps basically. Like he fixed everything.

You can also get badges like “combat medic” if you help patch someone up, like I mentioned earlier. Or one like “safe space” if you helped hide someone who was being chased. I’m also thinking of one for helping someone who died from AIDS, but I don’t know what it would say or if that’s insensitive. Maybe like the persons name and the years they lived though.

But anyways once they move to Hawkins, immediately he’s applying to the one 24- hour mechanic in Hawkins and coincidentally they’re looking to hire someone for the night shift. (Not coincidentally because this is a fic.) So yeah they hire him and like I don’t know what happens after that, I didn’t drive for long enough.

Maybe before Billy beats up Steve, Steve comes to the shop after his car broke down and they become friends so they don’t fight and Billy helps them later with all the upside down stuff.

Ooo maybe he meets Steve while his car gets a flat and Billy pulls over to help him cos Steve doesn’t know how to change a tire.

Also I want the guy who hires Billy, to like be cool with gay people and maybe he sees the safe space badge and maybe there’s a pink triangle on it, and he mentions like his brother is gay or something and they make the mechanic shop a safe space as well for LGBT+ people.

I also want Billy’s coveralls to be the same color as the Camaro.

Also maybe Neil and Max and Susan don’t know about the jobs he had, they just think he’s partying all the time. Like he keeps his work clothes and shoes in the car and when he needs to wash them he takes them to a laundromat.

I don’t read fanfic for the ships; sometimes it’s because the original media was really fucking sad and I want everyone to be happy. My sister and I were talking about what obscure fandoms we read and I said Encanto, and she was like who the fuck are u shipping, they’re all family 🤨🤨. And I was like no I don’t ship anyone, it’s because I want them to be happy from the beginning. Like it’s not always about the ship

I had a one-on-one with my manager today and one of my goals this year was to be more friendly because I think that I’m a very off-putting and annoying person. My manager then proceeded to say “ it might be unbeknownst to you but you’re a very magnetic person, you are a person that people gravitate to and you probably think you’re off-putting but we’ve seen it happen every time new people come it”

Anyways, I thought my manager had telepathic powers for a few hours but when I told her that she said “it’s literally my job to be observant”

I need a fic where Billy was an experiment and maybe he had super strength or powers like Superman. And they used a lot of drugs to keep him calm and sedated so he wouldn’t run away. Maybe he tried to run away a lot and they drugged him to stop him and punish him. And so after he escaped he has a phobia of needles. Maybe max knows or not about the phobia but she doesn’t know he’s an experiment like El. And so when she stabs him with the needles, she did the dose for Will which wasn’t enough so hes conscious but he’s having a flashback or he’s just like freaking the fuck out. And so he’s like begging them to stop and saying that he won’t run away again and he’s sorry, and just please stop I don’t want any drugs. Stuff like that and everyone is like what the fuck is happening. And then like hes hyperventilating and crying so they’re trying to calm him down but they can’t and like maybe he calms himself down or he just passes out. Whichever one

When I find a favorite character I stick with that character. I’m their ride or die. And when I read a fanfics where they’re even a little bit wrong I quit it immediately. Even if it’s obviously their fault, they can do no wrong in my eyes.
