Some backstory about Concavex:
Concavex's father, Cirque Lier, was part of the Rond de Chambre. Truly, the most poignant reason for the King's consideration of appointing him as a valet was due to his pioneering musicial talent and the mere fact their only child had an unusual, specialized ability to read the minds of nearby shapes. Her father, 27 at the time, knew this as hard as it hit his esteem.
To be included into the Royal court was to be in a position of some status, often given to artists, musicians, poets and others, who generally spent most of their time on their specialized work. Originating from a humble background himself, Cirque dedicated most of his time away from Concavex to study and cement his craftsmanship for the King in turn to care for...his family.
["Legato, not tenuto...", Circque Lier saying ominously to Concavex, whilst practicing Paganini's Caprice 24 on the violin]
With Cirque's heighted passion for wanting to further his status as a courtier, he in turn, imposed the same standards for Concavex. She would immediately start training her abilities as well as practicing violin lessons on her third birthday. Their father was relentless with their training, enough for Concavex to become anxious around the court and their father. She was to be secluded, practicing after schooling and meal, ensuring they were fit in the eyes of the king, despite already training to becoming a type of filí for the monarch to utilize for his council.
[That's all for now..]
I don't know what to post right now, to be honest.... Then I can suggest that you leave your characters from the fandom TPC & JSAB!!!^^
I will be very glad to draw them at least as a sketch
MAN I LOVE YOU!!!!
Noncanon Corrupted Iris design
We know it hasn't happened yet and don't know if Iris is really gonna get corrupted (red herring? who knows) but I couldn't resist anyway!
I felt like I had to add the pink wig option because most have sprouted hair so far/silly
I'm betting he'd still gonna be our bald grape dude 🍇💜
Concavex's dad, Cirque Lier, Composer and Inkshifter.
His rise to nobility was far from traditional—he owes his position to the abilities of his daughter. His appointment was part of a strategy to use Concavex as a noblesse de robe, entering the service nobility.
**MORE ABOUT CIRQUE LIER:**
[Father-Daughter Dynamic]
Cirque’s expectations have shaped Concavex’s entire life. From a young age of 3, she was forced to attend long hours of practice, not just in music and courtly manners, but also in mental discipline. Her father would constantly push her to be the best, berate her when she made mistakes, and praises came rarely. There was no room for failure in his eyes.
The relationship between father and daughter is one of duty rather than love. While Cirque may claim that his strictness is for her own good, Concavex sees through his guise. Prehaps, he was afraid of his own daughter. The deeper she grows into her telepathic abilities, the more she begins to understand her father’s inner turmoil, but she doesn’t know how to confront him without even more pressure. She loves him in her own way, but she cannot help feeling that her identity is being subsumed by his vision of what she should be and his fears.

Cirque’s resentment toward Concavex is rooted in the fact that she is the one who enabled his rise. His ambition, though vast, is also deeply tied to his insecurity about his own abilities, although unquie on their own. He might have been a gifted composer and inkshifter, but it was Concavex’s telepathy that earned him his noble title. Though he would never admit it to her, Cirque often feels as though he owes his success to her, and that bitterness fuels his controlling behavior.
