Idk who needs to hear this, but Alpine fucked Esteban over. There’s no argument. No denying it. They sabotaged him, many times. They treated him like shit and then acted like he didn’t exist after he left. Alpine abused Esteban. And the fact that Gasly fans can so vehemently deny that to prop their own driver up on a pedestal that he has not earned drives me absolutely insane. You’re blowing smoke, just like your fucking driver. You act like he didn’t start half the malicious rumors about Esteban that are STILL circulating online to this day. Gasly contributed to Esteban’s abuse. Why don’t y’all understand that? The narrative that Esteban is some nasty fucking villain who no one can stand to work with and that Gasly is some sort of patron saint that Esteban wronged is so fucking tired. Grow up.
