shang tsung as father?
Would want to have children when the time is right. In other words, his children would be planned and expected
A surprisingly good father despite having little to go off of and his manipulative tendencies
Shang Tsung would want at least one child but no more than two. He would be incredibly doting over them
Gives them the world and then some, swindling people out of their goods so that he can buy something magnificent for his children
Loves to shower them with gifts and toys, always bringing something new for them to play with or wear when he returns home from a long trip
Shang Tsung does not only provide lavish gifts but will express his love for his children verbally, telling them that they are the most precious stars in the sky
He may not play with them frequently but will upon request. If his child were to ask him to play a game he would smile and agree
Doesn't let his children win all the time, just enough for them to feel confident in themselves
Frequently tells his children to be limitless in terms of their goals. He would say nothing and no one can stop them and to never let anyone try
Loves his children but also wants them to never be satisfied with just the bear minimum. He wants them to have the world and he will help them take it
That's it. That's the post.

Roy Earle is an evil counterpart to Cole Phelps:
-They started off very similar to each other: arrogant, selfish, temperamental and egotistical, who are uncompromising and indifferent to the pain they cause to others (Roy publishing Cole's photos with Elsa, not caring about how it's going to affect Marie and her children, Cole needlessly getting his men killed by ordering a by-the-book approach) and aren't afraid of using violence to get the information they need from others in their work as a cop. Both also go to the Blue Room and have seemingly no life outside being cops and both are willing to betray others for their own selfish benefit (Roy sold out Cole, Cole cheated on Marie) and have a fierce rivalry towards the more moral candidate of their corps of lawmen (Roy with Cole himself, Cole with Jack Kelso).
-Roy is a remorseless opportunist who is willing to betray those who trusted him to further his own agenda and abuses his power as a cop, representing what was wrong with the LAPD, Cole is a selfless man who is more concerned about helping others, betraying his wife out of an inability to relate towards her and despite his flaws, he represents what is right with the LAPD. This is why Roy was able to get in Cole's skin in more ways than one; Roy represents Cole's biggest regret; that he too, was also seduced by corruption and arrogance.
In other words: Roy represents what Cole could have become if he never learnt humility.
Where do you sit in the camp of 'Roy was being somewhat genuine at Cole's funeral' camp? Because damn I just finished the game and I refuse to believe the man is THAT much of a good actor he'd slip in a voice crack lmao
(Props to Adam J Harrington for it though)
Tbfh I feel like Adam J Harrington accidentally made that noise after saying that whole speech and Team Bondi just went with it because that was probably their best take lmfao
But just looking at Roy, I think to an extent he felt a little bad about how this whole thing ended because I’m sure he did think Cole was a good detective and had potential. Plus that whole affair with Elsa and watching Cole act more and more like a dick probably made Roy think Cole would end up just being another dirty cop like him down the road, meaning they’d probably be besties.
Also Roy strikes me as the type of person who will do the least amount of work as long as he can get away with it so even if Monroe sent him, how would anyone even check if he really did his job? Homeboy could’ve just gone to the Blue Room and grabbed a drink and be paid for it (or not gone at all) but he still chose to actually warn Cole. If he wanted him dead, he could’ve just not said anything and nobody would know.
At the very least, I genuinely think Roy felt that Cole’s death was a waste and wasn’t something he necessarily wanted to happen but also wouldn’t go out of his way to prevent.
(Plus I think Roy was a good cop at one point but just got fucked up the longer he worked in Vice and saw how corrupt the LAPD was so maybe that was the decent part left in him actually feeling grief idk)
I will NEVER shut up about Ken(shi)

OMG SOMEONE NEEDS TO WRITE THIS AU IT WOULD BE AMAZING LIKE I CANT EVEN BEGIN TO EXPLAIN!
Actually, I might do it myself 😂
Completely captured by this AU crossover with The Elder Scrolls.
Bi Han and his first murder. He did it by accident, recklessly, all he wanted to do was protect the kidnapped To'Mas and Kuai. Perhaps that's when the mark of the Black Hand fell on him.
(Yes, Tomas is a Bosmer here, raised by the Khajiit, that's why he has such a name. Bi Han and Kuai's mother adopted him into the family a year before her death)
