mood for february is to refocus on self. freeing yourself from whatever has been dragging your soul down. saying “no” when needed. taking a step back. providing yourself with constant reassurance of your strength. mentally, emotionally, and spiritually preparing for the upcoming year. cleanse yourself from the inside out.
