𖤐✮⋆˙♱ HOW TO ASSUME INSTANTLY ♱˙⋆✮ ✮𖤐
You assume it on knowing that it has already happened. There is no “how” because it is not an effort, it is a natural state. You simply know that you already have it. In the same way that you know your name without having to constantly reaffirm it, you know that you already have everything you want.
If you feel yourself questioning or doubting, go back to the feeling of already being the person who has it. Ask yourself: If I already had it all right now, how would I feel? How would I think? What would I do? And just embody that version of you.
Just affirm it, feel it and don't contradict it. And if you have to do something contrary or think something contrary, >know< in the exactly same way that it doesn't change anything. Accept that It's simple and easy.
uh... hey
babes, PLEASE, stop putting people who’ve already shifted to their DRs on a pedestal. like, they’re literally just people like u???? why on earth are you doing this???
it’s honestly insane how many people on shiftok (or even some here on shiftmblr) put others on a pedestal as if they’re gods
i know, i know, the term "master shifter" and the idea of someone who's shifted to their DR a million times makes them seem "grand," but they're not. that’s right—you read that correctly: they’re not. even you 🫵🏼🫵🏼🫵🏼🫵🏼 can be a "master shifter" one day — or rather, you already are .
pleaseeee, babe, don’t do this to yourself, okay? 🎀🎀🫶🏼🫶🏼✨️
mwaaaah, mwahhhhhhh 💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋
“who are you shifting for?” me.
i mean absolutely noooo disrespect but shiftok has affected me and my mind is trying to tell me im schizophrenic and crazy for believing shifting is real. i need some reassurance on this HELP.ME
let’s start with understanding what schizophrenia is. its a serious mental health condition that affects how people think, feel and behave. it may result in a mix of hallucinations, delusions, and disorganized thinking and behavior. hallucinations involve seeing things or hearing voices that aren't observed by others.
what does science know about hallucinations? you cannot consciously choose what you hallucinate; hallucinations are involuntary experiences that occur due to underlying causes.
what do we know about shifting? you choose what to live. it’s not an hallucination, and goes against everything what an hallucination is. also, listen to people affected by schizophrenia talk about their hallucinations, and then at a shifter about their life in dr. you don’t see hallucinations like we see reality. also, shifters (who don’t have schizophrenia) still have organised thinking and behaviour and do not show any symptoms.
also, how can you live, for example, seven months in your dr when in your cr it’s only few minutes? even for people with schizophrenia, time itself remains linear during hallucinations. so, if you are hallucinating your dr for 5 months….. why in your cr it’s not five months later when you came back? why people around you noticed absolutely nothing when you are in your dr? shifters who have shifted would have been in a mental hospital if they were hallucinating all of that.
people who diagnose shifters with true mental health conditions know nothing about those conditions. its not only disrespectful, but just ignorant.
arent you tired of always reading about the same stuff? 'ignore the 3d!' or 'imagination is the true reality'. you are tired of it. we are tired of it. but guess what; people say that because thats literally all that fucking matters and stop scrolling hoping to find some kind of secret formula invented in China in the 357 b.C that only 5 people know about, because that is not going to happen. STOP SCROLLING and START APPLYING all that you know because THATS ALL THERE IS TO KNOW, and if you dont want to THEN FUCK OFF AND STOP WHINING ABOUT 'IT NOT WORKING' LIKE BIIIIIITCH I CAN SEE YOUR FINGER GETTING READY TO SCROLL AGAIN HAVE SOME SHAMEEE
Shifting showed me the will to live a thousand lives, when I didn't even have the strength to live one
i’m so tired of having a lucid dream every time i sleep. i miss having normal dreams. why do i have to be always aware in my dreams? like it’s getting really annoying. i feel like i’m stuck with lucid dreaming and i hate it. why can’t i just have a normal dream?
i don’t know how to balance my cr and shifting. i focus on my dr so much, i ignore my cr and want to perma-shift. i focus on my cr so much i don’t do anything for shifting. i’m almost 21. i don’t have a life. i don’t go to college or exactly have a job. i wanna study and get a life but then i think “why should i work my ass off for a mid life like that when i can just shift”
hey
i saw your submitted ask on chai’s post about reverse psychology to lucid dream.
may i ask how what affirmations you used to it? i just learned about reverse psychology but do t know how to apply
omg hi! i was just complaining about lucid dreaming, saying things like ‘ugh why do i lucid dream every night? ‘why can’t i have normal dreams??’ etc. i completely forgot about this so i’ll do it again lol sorry for replying late btw i just saw now
Shifting is so simple. if all of this is awareness then all shifting really is, is changing what you are aware of. You are just deciding to be aware of something/somewhere else. Guess what. That is also exactly what the law is. Changing your awareness. You guys over complicate shifting so much, when in reality you do it all the time. You are just changing states of awareness. So really all that must be done is choose what you want to be aware of, and embody it. It’s done. That’s all there is too it. You are 100% capable. Nothing is impossible to the power of your imagination.
you will shift tonight.
shut up those thoughts saying, “Okay, I will try my best.” NO, you ARE shifting tonight. you don’t have a choice, sorry. you’re shifting.
you. are. shifting. tonight.
believe it, and go do it, go be excited and close to your DR, go shift.
you can.
