Shifting showed me the will to live a thousand lives, when I didn't even have the strength to live one

If you're craving a feeling only your dr can give you then shift.

Evies optical illusion kit: change your perspective on shifting, this is all a tent. Yes, a tent.

Hi, Hello my dear shifters! It‘s your favourite shifting blogger Evie again and today I want to fix your perspective. Life, Reality and everything is perspective. Everything changes, when perspective comes into play. Did your crush reject you, or did you dodge a bullet? Are you mean to your dog, or are just not letting him die due to chocolate-poisoning? Are you spending too much money, or are you living sustainably? Your thoughts create reality, but perspective interprets it. One of the first things that you learn when you start out shifting is „you can not get stuck in your DR, you can leave whenever you want to“

Something that a lot of people tend to forget, is that you cannot get stuck in your CR either. Reality is not permanent, and reality can not own you as a being, because it’s just a creation from you. How can you get stuck in something you decide to be there or not? Shifters think that shifting is this process, that is so fucking hard in the very first time and after that is all light and breezy because then you‘ll know. They love to say „you‘ll know“. You‘ll know how to shift, you’ll know that it‘s real, you‘ll know how it feels, you‘ll know how it works. And because of that, the first shift is an absolute pain in the ass to achieve but the ones after that are just going to sleep and wake up, right? „Yes, Evie, because it‘s going home from your DR! I won‘t have to make any method or effort to shift to my CR, it‘s the CR! Why would that be hard? I can‘t seem to even fucking leave this place, why would it be any effort to return to it?“

See where I am going with this? If you took that mindset, and flipped it to your momentary situation, maybe you‘d actually shift. If you view this reality as hard to leave and easy to return to, why don‘t you change the perspective to fit your mindset? Pretend this Reality would be your DR and the reality you are trying to shift to was yo ur actual CR. Would you assume it to be hard? Exactly. Realities are all out of the same material. They are all on the same level. This reality might be a DR for someone and they are having trouble entering this one right this second. Sounds bizarre right? That’s because you need to stop viewing a DR as this Empire State Building and your CR as a Tent. All realities are tents. They can all be caves even I don‘t mind. If leaving is easy, than that applies to every reality, not just your DRs because you script that it’s easy to leave. Bestie I hate to tell you this: but if you assume you have a hard time to shift, than that’s you real-time scripting your CR. You call the shots babe. Keep your assumptions in check, keep your thoughts positive and don‘t stand in your own way.

I really hope that this little post was able to help someone out there today! If you need anything don‘t be afraid to ask!

yours in every reality,

Evie <3

Idk if I've talked about this before, but I saw someone post about why people who have been trying to shift for so long might not be shifting (this might not apply to everyone, but it really clicked with me). They only explained why, so I'm gonna talk about the solution I came up with.

They specifically said that it was not tough love, but psychological facts: it's possible that your mind registers shifting as a goal in THIS reality.

Think about that for a second. This is the part that really got me when I started to think about it. When you are here, in your CR, your goal is to shift, right? So what if our minds interprets that as a goal IN THIS REALITY, as simple as going to bed thinking "oh, I'm going to unload the dishwasher in the morning." Because shifting is just aligning with your DR self, and guess what?? Your goal in your DR is not to shift! That blew up my brain a little bit.

"But i want to shift" you know how everyone keeps saying "you are already in your DR"? I interpreted that for so long as motivation. It's not. It's the process. To align with your DR self, just like aligning with another person in your CR you have to have the same goals.

So your goal is no longer to shift. Stop thinking like that. Your goal IS NOT TO SHIFT. Waking up where you are meant to has never been a goal, but an expectation. Your goal is to wake up and go downstairs to have breakfast with your DR friends or family. Your goal is to wake up and get to class on time to ace that Defence Against The Dark Arts quiz you totally forgot to study for until the night before. Your goal is to wake up and win that Oscar, to break that curse, destroy the One Ring, you fucking name it babes.

I don't know if this is really dumb and obvious, but it wasn't for me before, so I really hope this post helps someone else too.

XO

I know love exists because shifters exist and they are traveling the multiverse for their loved ones.

5 Day Lucid Dream to Void State Challenge Instructions

5 Day Lucid Dream To Void State Challenge Instructions

There are 3 major lucid dream techniques we will employ during the duration of this challenge. If for whatever reason, you can not do one, that is fine. Just do whichever one you can. All 3 have really good success rates and just doing one is enough, I am just giving options and I know some people like having more to do.

#1: WBTB

This is arguably one of the most effective and popular lucid dream techniques to exist. The steps are simple:

1. Go to sleep and set an alarm after 5-6 hours. This is to interrupt your REM cycle.

2. Get up and do something for anywhere between 10-60 minutes. During this time, try to think about lucid dreaming, how you're going to lucid dream, etc.

3. Go back to sleep knowing you're going to enter a lucid dream.

Here are some posts to check out for this method: WBTB #1, WBTB #2, WBTB #3

(Now two of these are WBTB+recliner chair method posts which is not a lucid dream method but a void state method but I wanted to share to show how powerful WBTB can be and that you can even enter the void state directly using the WBTB method. Since this a lucid dream challenge I will not go into detail about this but you can check out this success story that explains it clearly).

#2: WrILD

WrILD stands for Writing Induced Lucid Dreaming and as the name suggests, all you need to do is write down your intention on a piece of paper to enter a lucid dream.

You should do it before bed, anywhere between right before to 2 hours before. Just take out a piece of paper and write an affirmation such as "I will lucid dream tonight" 50 to 100 times. It is super important to believe it and know it will come to fruition.

Here are some posts to check out: WrILD #1, WrILD #2

#3: ETILD

ETILD stands for Eye Twitch Induced Lucid Dream and it is where you mimic the eye twitches you experience during REM sleep to trick your body into REM sleep which you can then use to lucid dream. The steps are simple:

#1: Do 2 cycles of the 4-7-8 breathing method (Imhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7, exhale for 8).

#2: Close your eyes and start moving your eyes rapidly left and right, up and down or in a circular motion.

#3: You will start to get lucid dream symptoms and enter a lucid dream.

Here are some posts to check out: ETILD #1, ETILD #2

If you have any issues with any of the above, that's fine. Just do what you can. Ideally here are the steps:

#1: Before going to sleep, do WrILD.

#2: Set an alarm clock for after 5-6 hours so you can do WBTB.

#3: Wake up and stay up for a few minutes and think about lucid dreaming. You can do WrILD again if you want.

#4: Go back to bed and do ETILD.

#5: Enter a lucid dream, stabilize it, and enter the void state through your desired method.

You can definetly employ other methods of your choosing as well. If you get goof results from subliminals, start listening to lucid dream subliminals or if you're an affirm and persist person, go ahead and do that. Make this customizable and effective for you.

Something I would love is if you guys would write down exactly what steps you're going to take and track it on your blogs so that when you succeed, people can know exactly what you did to enter and mimic your steps. You can tag it with #5dayldtovschallenge. I can't wait to see all your success stories!

“Nothing changes if nothing changes”

How can i expect to shift to my drs when all i think is “i can’t shift” “it’s been too long” “i don’t know how to shift” “when will i shift?” and check the 3d??

“What you assume to be true is true.”

I made myself this way. I can solve the problem is caused.
