The YG Family Concert was always an unforgettable experience, bringing together some of the biggest artists in the company for a night of performances, collaborations, and spontaneous fun. Every year, fans expected iconic moments—but this time, they weren’t just focused on the performances. Instead, their attention was glued to something entirely unexpected: the chaotic energy between you and T.O.P.

You had always been known for your bubbly, energetic personality, constantly bouncing around backstage and hyping up the crowd with your endless enthusiasm. Meanwhile, Seunghyun carried a reputation for being calm and composed, exuding effortless coolness in every situation.

At least, that’s how he appeared to most people.

Those who truly knew him—his friends, his members—understood that beneath the polished, almost mysterious persona, Seunghyun could be downright ridiculous when he was around the right people. And tonight, for whatever reason, it seemed like you had unknowingly unlocked that version of him.

The first hint of mischief came early in the night.

During the opening introductions, each artist stepped forward one by one to greet the audience. You, of course, couldn’t resist making a spectacle of it. When it was your turn, you threw out your arms dramatically, taking an exaggerated bow as if you were accepting an award, your voice dripping with theatrical flair.

“Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you… Y/N! The most incredible performer you will ever witness in your lifetime!”

The audience burst into laughter, but the biggest reaction came when Seunghyun—standing right next to you—wordlessly copied your pose, bowing in the exact same ridiculous fashion with an unreadable expression.

The crowd went wild.

You whipped your head toward him, eyes wide in amusement. “Seunghyun, what was that?!”

Straightening up, he adjusted his mic, completely deadpan. “I thought we were being theatrical.”

That was the moment you knew—you had found a partner in crime for the night.

At first, it seemed like that was just a one-time thing. But as the night continued, you realized Seunghyun was going to keep messing with you every chance he got.

During one of the collaborative performances, you were standing at the side of the stage, dancing along to BIGBANG’s song like the enthusiastic hype person you were. You didn’t think much of it—until, out of the corner of your eye, you noticed Seunghyun had moved beside you.

And he was mirroring every single move you made.

At first, it was subtle. You threw in an exaggerated two-step—he did the exact same thing, completely straight-faced. You raised your arms dramatically—he followed suit, not even cracking a smile.

Then you decided to test him.

You spun dramatically. He spun dramatically.

You threw in a completely unnecessary body roll. He did the same—except he somehow made it look even funnier.

At this point, the cameras had caught onto your antics, and the audience was losing it. Even some of the other artists on stage were laughing mid-performance.

Then you took it too far.

You attempted a half-baked moonwalk—your feet stumbling slightly—and Seunghyun did the exact same terrible moonwalk right beside you.

That was it. The crowd exploded in laughter. You could barely breathe as you bent over, gripping Seunghyun’s arm for support. Meanwhile, he casually took a sip of water, completely unbothered, as if he hadn’t just made thousands of people cry-laugh.

“You’re the worst,” you managed between gasps of laughter.

He shrugged. “I’m just good at following choreography.”

By the next morning, the internet was in chaos.

• Clips of your synchronized ridiculousness had already gone viral, with multiple fan edits labeling you two as “Seunghyun’s secret second job: Y/N’s backup dancer.”

• Screenshots of Seunghyun copying your bow had become a meme, with captions like “When your friend is just as dramatic as you.”

• A trending hashtag started gaining traction: #YNxTOPDynamicDuo

But the teasing didn’t stop there.

A few days later, you appeared on a popular variety show, where the hosts wasted no time bringing up the concert.

“Y/N, let’s talk about your… interesting dynamic with T.O.P during YG Family,” one of them said with a smirk. “That was unexpected.”

You laughed, already knowing where this was going. “Tell me about it! I thought I was just being my usual weird self, and then suddenly, Seunghyun joined in. I had no idea he was that competitive!”

The hosts chuckled. “Do you think you bring out a different side of him?”

“I don’t know if it’s that,” you said thoughtfully, tilting your head. “But I do know that if I start something, he will always take it to another level.”

Right on cue, the screen lit up with a pre-recorded message from Seunghyun.

He was sitting in what looked like his living room, his signature blank expression in place. “I have no idea what Y/N is talking about.”

The studio erupted in laughter.

Then, after a long pause, the corners of his mouth twitched upward into a barely-there smirk.

“…They should prepare for next time. I have an entire routine planned.”

The hosts and guests lost it, and you could only shake your head, laughing.

“I have to watch my back now,” you joked.

But deep down, you already knew—this wasn’t the last time you and Seunghyun would turn a performance into a full-fledged comedy show.
