I think my personal favorite hc I have about Spy is how attracted he is to Medic.

Spy definitely is into men taller than him, bigger than him! Medic fits the bill pretty well, with his larger build and the fact even his teeth are fucking huge— (like.. his hands? Massive. His thighs? Gigantic! The only small thing about Medic is his patience..)
