Two or three times a year, you and your wife and her sister and her sister's husband go away on vacations together. However, they eventually got divorced and after that Karen went through a bit of a "wild phase" where she dated and (I assume) slept with a lot of guys. She would frequently ask my wife to go drinking and dancing with her which my wife occasionally did. When they would go out my wife would play the role "wing woman" for Karen. At that time my wife knew all about my cuckold fantasies and we had talked about them quite a bit. I always encouraged my wife to have fun and let her know she could do whatever she wanted. She did enjoy meeting, flirting, dancing and on a couple occasions kissing with other guys, but she never went further than that.

Your wife is right -- even though she had been trying to be somewhat discreet about dating other men, it really was inevitable that at some point your friends would find out that she cuckolds you, and now that the cat is out of the bag about that, there doesn't seem to be any good reason why she shouldn't start dating your friends.
