If the player was neutral/positive about it he'd probably be a little more willing to talk about some of the things he's done and how far he's willing to go to keep you safe and all for him.

If the player was actively resentful of it, he'd try a lot harder to keep the evidence of what he's done away from you, but he's a pack rat so he'd have a hard time actually getting rid of anything.

Initially he'd be quite hurt! All the progress you've made trying to trust him and adjust to your new life and you'd throw it away, just like that?
