Understanding Jules as a character is important, because of her own personal issues she needs validation. And that puts her in situations that aren't very good. Jules can still redeem herself she's not a terrible person either. She's also a teenager going through hardship, understanding her is important to be able to forgive her actions. Jules is a teenager dealing with someone who has an addiction, And at the end of the day that is very hard to deal with. Once one of your loved ones turns to drugs you feel the need to protect them, And even though Jules has messed up many times; telling Rue's mom was a very mature thing to do. Because at the end of the day it doesn't matter if they break up if she truly loves rue she would protect her. And at the end of the day Rue needs to explain to her mom that the suitcase was not hers and that she is in very big danger without it.

I'm kinda pissed at how people are reacting to this episode. Everyone out here is trying to find reasons to not face the actual truth that the things that happened with certain characters were fucked up.
1. Rue is a drug addict she is withdrawaling and yes that means she was not thinking straight. I have family members who have had the exact same reaction as rue, and that doesn't mean they don't take responsibility for their actions. Rue still has time to redeem herself she's not a terrible person she's teen going through something as terrible as addiction. I don't care if you love her or you just love Zendaya. Loving rue as a character means loving her at her worst as well; not missing the entire point of the episode. This is what truly happens. This is the dark side of addiction. Don't stop loving rue because of this, start to understand her and what she's going through.
2. Though Jules did a good thing by telling Rue's mom she ultimately screwed her over. Jules deserved everything that rue told her in that moment. Because it's true Jules doesn't love rue she loves being loved by rue. And the fact that she cheated and then brought the person that she cheated with, as well as wearing their clothes to confront rue was not an action of someone that loves rue. I'm tired of people sticking up for jules's actions. Stop sticking up for them and start trying to understand them. You're not supposed to just straight up forgive Jules for everything she did, That's a process that comes with understanding why she did what she did. And because of the mind state that rue was in she was terrified of what would happen to her if she didn't find the suitcase. Jules pretty much screwed rue over. And I don't see how rue is ever going to forgive Jules for that.
3. The scene with the intervention between Maddy and Cassie was absolutely disgusting. In the middle of a goddamn intervention they had that fight. It doesn't matter what Rue said because at that point she was doing anything to get away from the blame. That's the one thing you need to learn about interventions, is that the person who the intervention is for will do anything in their power to either turn the tables or manipulate you. It was absolutely childish and embarrassing to watch these two teenagers fight over a boy when they're supposed friend is having an intervention. Maddy going off on Cassie was not bad bitch behavior it was embarrassing. Your boy problems are not more important than someone going through an addiction. She wanted to call Cassie self-centered you are also self-centered, you decided to pop off at an intervention. It was highly inappropriate. Though I will say I did not hate the scene I just want people to realize that this was absolutely inappropriate it wasn't boss bitch behavior. That's the point.
4. People fantasizing about Elliot's character is absolutely weird. Elliot manipulated both jules and rue and then had the audacity to say that he missed the way Rue was before. That does not make Elliot's character cute it makes him ugly. It's also the fact that he's in fact a drug addict as well which makes the hypocrisy insane to me.
Overall this episode was a very heart-wrenching but good episode. I think people need to understand that this happens in real life, And that this is a situation that does happen. Rue is just a teen she is hurting. And though taking responsibility for actions is one thing, Loving a character and missing the point of their actions is not a good thing. Everybody in the show has fucked up very badly no matter if it's your favorite character or character you hate. We need to remember at the end of the day that show is centered around troubled teens and terrible situations. Don't hate a character just to hate them understand their situation and understand their actions.
This is actually quite useful thank you for sharing 🌻
I've seen some nerve-racking 10k fics that don't have the cut and in their worst, they're also full of media like "this is a picture of what you're wearing, this is the view you're seeing from your hotel room, here's a gif how x looks at you in this scene" = Tumblr app struggles to load that wall of text and media and then Tumblr app crashes and when asked to put the cut, people are like "I'm on mobile and can't put the cut" so here's a little tutorial video for you guys.
I know this is a problem with all characters but tagging some popular ones to gain exposure for this post.

“There was an idea…” Marvel Studios’ “Avengers: Infinity War” in theaters May 4.
Lol
If movie villains didn’t waste time
Loki show spoilers don't read if you haven't watched
how they made me cry four times in the span of 50 minutes just makes me love the show way too much, like that was literally the first episode and I'm already in love with the show it has Owen Wilson in it and it's just so funny. Someone finally acknowledging that Loki has literally been set out to be a villain throughout the entire span of all the marvel avenger movies, so they could be the heroes. I just love Loki way too much and you know what he gets a lot less cred than he deserves he is just so amazing and him having to watch his mother die without knowing that she died, or having to watch his brother crying over his dead body after Thanos is just it made me sob and I love when a show can do that literally in the first episode.
You made me cry.
Are you afraid? Yeah. I am.
So I'm talking to this guy and he's older than me but we have a little fun banter going on where we always pretend to hate each other. am I missing something there he flirts a lot so I kind of just want to know.

WandaVision is seriously one of the best marvel shows I've seen, like I'm always on edge trying to figure out what's gonna happen next. The latest episode was so good and not to give out any spoilers but a certain person is in the show and I'm loving it. If the Loki show is as good as WandaVision then imma be so happy on my deathbed
