No Mercy

The females who had captured me walked me into the presence of the Queen, and I knew the moment she looked at me, there would be no mercy for me. Her beautiful face was a mask of stern coldness, directed at me, the man who'd tried to organize a coup against her.

"I see the ladies caught you," the Queen said to me. "So you're pathetic male-led society will not come to pass here, will it? You stand there held by two women, tied up with your hands behind your back, no longer the silver-tongued orator who tried to turn my people against me."

My heart sank. All of that was true - males in this country were second-class citizens and I'd tried to change that. Hundreds of men had rallied to the cause, but as far as I now knew, they were all captives as well after the Queen's all-female army had raided one of our camps and scattered us.

"You led those men astray," she told me. "So I'll give you a chance to save them. Each of your men is tied up outside, lined up nicely and awaiting execution. I am going outside to address them, and my ladies will bring you along. If you fall to your knees before me in front of them, kiss my feet and pledge to be my slave forever, and urge them to do the same to the closest woman to them, I will spare their lives, and yours."

She paused. "Don't think for one second this is mercy for you. Your life as my personal slave will be the most humiliating thing you can imagine, and it will never end. So, enslavement, or will you cost all those men their lives?"

I trembled, bowing my head. "I am your slave, my Queen."

She smiled. "Let's go make your surrender and enslavement official then, pet."
