Sometimes the questions make me wonder how some of you make it through the day.

I don't know what other word to use besides permanent, but obviously he has to remove it for some reasons. I take it off for medical visits, and for travel, because neither of us want that kind of attention. When we are away, he usually leaves his stainless steel cage home and packs one of the plastic ones. I lock him up after we get to our destination.

When weather is good, he goes out on his road bicycle. I allow him to unlock for that because he has tried going out cages, but will get chafed on long rides (he goes out for 25 to 50 miles at a time). I'd rather have him unlocked for a few hours if it means preventing being unlocked for a few days to heal. I seriously doubt that he would stop along the road to masturbate. And the rule is that he has to lock back up in the shower when he gets home, and to text me.

So, he is locked up all other times. Work, social occasions, around the house, sleeping, and especially during lovemaking. I think that some men take the word permanent too literally. This is not some Tumblr fantasy, we found a way to make this work in real life.
