Eggs are the most usable ingredients of all time, if you don’t have anything at home you just have to poach an egg to make you a snake, that’s it. And it is also helpful in weight loss, eye health, reduce the risk of stroke etc. That is why I have got an amazing new recipe that will make your day.
Let’s get started with no further delays...
I. 4 eggs V. kosher salt
II. 1/4 cup chopped chives VI. Freshly ground black pepper
III. 1/4 cup crumbled bacon VII. 1/4 lb. deli ham, chopped (optional)
IV. Black Pepper VIII. 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan
Break the eggs and separate them by placing the yolks in 4 separate bowls and the whites in 1 large bowls.
Season the egg whites with salt and pepper. Then using a whisk beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in Parmesan, beacon or ham and chives. Create 4 mounds of egg whites on the parchment-lined baking sheet and make a deep well in the centre of each.
Preheat the oven 450° and line the large baking sheet with parchment pepper. Bake it until slightly golden, for about 3 minutes.
Then carefully add a yolk to the centre of each cloud and again bake them until the yolks are just set, which will take another 2 to 3 minutes.
Take them out of the oven and season them with some chives and with some grated parmesan. And just enjoy your clouds.

Nobody can say that they hate pasta, everyone loves it. But do not love the unhealthy effect it has on your body. But, not to worry, this recipe is so much health that you can have it anytime you want. And also this recipe is an anti-ageing breakthrough diet. So, let’s start cooking...
2 medium zucchini 2 medium red or yellow peppers
3 c. broccoli florets 1 medium red onion
2 clove garlic 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
12 oz. whole-grain penne 1 can crushed tomatoes
2 oz. Pecorino cheese ¼ c. fresh basil leaves
½ tsp. crushed red pepper
First take a saucepan, then add 1 bowl of water. Add salt to it then add the past. Boil it until it gets cooked properly.
Take a large bowl, add all the ingredients zucchini, peppers, broccoli, onion, garlic, and oil. Divide among two 18- by 12-inch jelly-roll pans. Add a sprinkle of salt. Roast until they get brown and tender. For 15 to 20 minutes.
While the vegetable cook, drain water from pasta but save ½ of water for cooking.
Pour pasta into the pot then add tomatoes, Pecorino, basil, crushed red pepper, roasted vegetable mixture, and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Stir pasta and if necessary add the water saved from pasta. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Serve on a plate, garnish it with Salt and pepper and some grated cheese if you like. Next, just sit back and eat this goodness from heaven.
