My December sticky note: to be the good, see the good, and speak of it.

I share a lot of fitness/movement based things with you, but really wanted to share my mental mini goal right now.

I like to give myself both physical and mental things to focus on each month-ish just to keep things fluid and growing.

I think I’ve caught myself slacking in terms of my outlook recently, more specifically holding back saying something positive when it comes to my mind. (Like for a small example, I saw this woman who had on the worlds cutest workout outfit, but for some reason decided not to give her a compliment, which isn’t my happy normal self. & shoutout to that lady)

Not that I’m out here being a negative Nancy, just that I need a reminder, ya feel me!

I think I perform and feel my very best when that kind of attitude is in the front of my mind.

I guess I just wanted to share in case anyone else found value in this or needed a reminder. Because I think noticing the good in things can be hard sometimes, but sharing the good you notice is just that much more important.

So yeah, I like your workout outfit and I hope you remember to notice the good 🫶
