Why is it that a lot of my friends appear to be systems? (Genuine question)

I ask the same thing honestly, but I'm not sure if we ARE a system or not with my trauma stemming everywhere and also how it's really complex to even explain.. its a 50/50 that I am a System or Not !!! soo yeah !!
