Hey I Totally Forgot to Ask What Was Your Williams Childhood Like?
Oh it was a literal HELL.
His mother, Evelyn, was a psychopath. She wanted him to be just like her as well. The best way to do that was to break him completely, then pick up the pieces and rebuild him as her successor. His dad, Oliver, didn’t want that for their son, and he did everything he could to protect William. A small part of him still loved his wife, so he tried to reason with her. But she was too far gone, she said they could be together forever. Then she kissed him, while striking him straight through the heart with a knife. She took a syringe and extracted his remnant (That’s right! She was the first to discover remnant). William was there too, she showed him the syringe containing his father’s remnant. To make matters worse she preserved Oliver’s body, so he had to look at the remains of his dear dad. The only person protecting him from falling into his mother’s poisonous control. That alone took a toll on his sanity. Also, Clay and Roselle were hiding when it happened. So they saw what happened as well. They knew what William had to deal with in his life. Evelyn proceeded to torment him, Physically, Mentally, Emotionally. She would talk to him about remnant sometimes, how it could be used. And William listened, he really didn’t have a choice anyway. This continued for years, until Roselle let him stay with her in the summer of 7th grade. Clay and Roselle tried to report all this to the police, but when they got to the house, she was gone. They did find Oliver’s body, and were able to have a proper funeral. William was able to maintain his sanity. However, no amount of therapy would be able to erase what his mother did to him.
Sadly, we all know he wasn’t able to maintain his sanity for long. Not after the deaths of his youngest children and his wife that’s helped him get through all those years of torment.

• Used to bully Norman a lot as a teenager
•Looked up to his father
•Was very close with William
•Somtimes he helped his father build animatronics
•Came up with the idea of Foxy
•After the Bite of 83, he became distant and sad
•He and Elizabeth became close during that time, as she was not mad at him.
•After the deaths of his mother and sister, he fell into a depression of some sort.
•Wears the Foxy mask to remember the good days. It also makes him feel safe.
•After the events of SL he tries to find his father, but isn’t aware that he died in the springlock suit.
You know what? I’ve decided to make a separate AU where the only thing that’s changed is William and Michael’s relationship. Feel free to ask how it’s changed, I’m dying to share.

Roselle Sebastian/Afton
She was always a kind girl. Very headstrong as well. She lived in Hurricane for as long as she can remember. She had a loving family overall, but her sister passed away in a school shooting when she was in 6th grade. They were close, so that hurt her badly. She learned to move on eventually, with the help of her parents.
She met Clay Burke at school one day. They became friends quickly. He knew about her loss and always tries to comfort her whenever she thought about it. He wanted to be a law enforcer to prevent this kinda stuff from happening. Then they met William. They were the only good things in their life at the time.
They were the BEST FRIEND SQUAD. Although Roselle started to develop some feelings for William. Clay would always tease her for it.
Eventually they get together in high school, and get married years later.
