Hey, Tumblr. Guess what. Relationships are defined by the people involved in them, and that's that. If people say they're friends, then they're friends. If people say they're dating, then they're dating. If they say it's a secret third thing, then that's what it is. Someone else's relationship isn't for you to decide.

Let it hurt, then let it heal.

Staying positive in light of pain and suffering can help, but it's important to remember you're allowed to be angry, you're allowed to be sad. It isn't fair what happened to you, what's still happening. You don't deserve it, nobody could deserve what you went through. Allow yourself to feel, to remember, to hate, to cry, to scream, anything to prevent keeping those emotions locked inside and bubbling over.
