The last thing they want is physical proof that they were ignorant of a patient’s needs or procedures. If you are assigned someone who seems laid back and doesn’t take your appointments seriously, write your appointments in a calendar. Write down exactly what they did or told you after appointments (or if they have you take something that you aren’t sure about). Writing this down would be good for your health in case you need to see someone else for a diagnoses.
