But I would REALLY appreciate it if you read this.

Long story short, I’ve started a YouTube channel. 

I’m not sure how this will turn out. I’m not sure about anything. I don’t know how to edit, what programs to use, how to gain an audience or subscibers, and I had a mini panic attack when I tried to read the copyright laws. 

I don’t know how any of this works. And yet, I’m doing this. But you’ve got to start somewhere, right?

I’m the kind of person who needs immediate effects, even if they’re slow. I may get discouraged, and I don’t want to feel that feeling again. That terrible feeling at the start of a project. How I felt when I started this tumblr account. But, hey, we’ve come this far. I can’t imagine life without my mutuals, online friends and terrible memes. 

That being said, I’m going to stick at it. 

My first upload is a playlist video for Sayori kinnies (Sayori from Doki Doki Literature Club)

I needed something simple, to figure out which programs to use and the basics of editing. 

BUT-

I am going to be posting animatics after a while.

I don’t expect the playlist videos to do that well, but I would be extremely discouraged if my art and animatics get almost no views/likes.

I really want to do this. So please, if you could, check out the video. Maybe like/share/subscribe? I know I sound obnoxious, but- I don’t know how to justify it.

i spent all my willpower on the pose so I didn't put in the effort to draw clothes

Shuichi cuz I think he’s pretty and doing traditional art makes me happy and things are stressful right now

I ended up trashing the digital art i was working on, I just couldn’t get it to vibe right. I’ll try to do a bigger trad piece soon so I can actually post full body drawings for once.

You can very much tell that I didn’t use references but ya know what sometimes a little chaos can be good for the soul

Software used is CamScanner and Medibang Paint Pro, both on mobile.
