One in this Nakshatra holds the power to take things that they want for themselves as well as letting go of what they don't want, this commands as an equal force of give and take a say a power in both the sectors , in Ashwini one could see the power to attain but in Bharani one has the power to let go , let go of disease , poverty , negative thinking .

Krittika

The act of burning and purifying , in hinduism fire is considered as an element of purification being it in a yagya or after death rituals, krittika with this shakti acts a Phoenix, this shakti gives krittika natives the power to destroy themselves to purify themselves, reaching the depths of their soul or rock bottom to rise above it , it's getting closer to ones rebirth . A very easy ritual for krittika natives is to write what they wanna let go of and burn it so that the fires may take away your pain, a prayer to the fire liberates . This shakti also gives you the power to bring change in the lives of the people around you , like the very strict teacher who ultimately leads to the growth of a student.

The shakti of satisfaction and fulfillment. Mrigashira is not always the nakshatra of search its also the nakshatra of finding what one was searching . This shakti gives the native to be fulfilled in whatever endeavour they choose , they also bring a sense of fulfillment in other people's lives , to me mrigashira is a balance of the masculine and feminine the form of Ardhanareshwar . They can do anything cause they embody the ultimate fulfillment in themselves .

Yatna Shakti

Yatna stands for effort , trial , this shakti is vast and diverse but what one requires is effort , if the native let's go of laziness one can find almost a meditative form of process to victory . The native has to just start and things fall in the right place . It's like a tortured victory but a victory is a victory the nature doesn't forget the process, it remembers , it remembers the form of Rudra in rage fighting for what belongs to one , the native inspires other people a spirit of fighting for rightes and gaining through the effort .

Pushya is reiki energy , a pushya native enters the room and gives out their energy. They can easily create through their wishes , one of the fastest power in manifestation . The native becomes a beacon of light and nourishment to the people around them.

The power to inflict poison and destroy . It's no secret that ashlesha is the most seductive nakshtra , this power bestows the native to destroy the enemy by the virtue of their presence and words no weapons are required they're a friend to a friend and the worst enemy to a enemy, a silent weapon of mystery and power . The natives are like Apsara Tillotama who made Sund and Upasund who killed themselves for her . A process of slow destruction is done by them to the enemy .

one of my fav childhood cartoons of all time! i think this scene is great for understanding the nodes

zuko here represents rahu / the north node. aang represents ketu / south node. they both merge to be understood as destiny and fate ~ zuko is obsessed with his destiny for the entire duration of the show, and aang’s spirit is intertwined with his destiny as he is reincarnated as the avatar

zuko is of a greedy colonial empire that has genocided, forcefully displaced, colonized, and more. he was obsessed with his destiny, but his obsession distorted his perception of what his destiny actually was. does that not sound like the ravenous north node?

aang is from a nomadic and spiritual monk group, but he was permanently severed from his people after they were genocided. he, as the avatar, also is obligated to reincarnate to bring balance in the world. and him being an air nomad shows that there’s still a disconnect he has to have from the world in order to fulfill his avatar duties. does that not sound like the detached south node? ( edit: especially with the 100% bald head )

fate brought them together. zuko is the descendant of aang’s past carnation. which makes them spiritually linked. they aren’t separate from each other, but instead, two sides of one coin. and they later become some of the closest people in gaang 🖤 especially because fate would have it that zuko ~ being blood of aang’s past life and the blood of the one who genocided aang’s people ~ is who destiny decided would teach aang firebending

aang was terrified of firebending because of his wound relating to fire: the fire nation killed his entire people, and when he learned to bend it, he hurt katara. he swore to never bend it again. after all, he had only known fire to be destructive

but his reluctance to use firebending showed that he was too attached to worldly constructs and concepts. so much that it interfered with his ability to fulfill his duty as avatar. not as the last airbender, but as the avatar. fate would have it that aang would have to learn bending from the one descended from his genociders. and to do that, he had to detach. thus, fulfilling his role as ketu / avatar

they also had to detach from their own world to do this and travel to a land that mirrors pre-colonial mesoamerican natives. where the sun and dragons are respected for how they gave and mastered fire. and from that, aang learns fire isn’t death. fire is life.

same can be said for zuko to fulfill his role as rahu. but together, they were unstoppable. this show is wonderful and if u look at it from a vedic or traditional astrological perspective, u get so much enlightenment!
