IN MY OPINION ITS THE MOST SUCCESSFUL HORROR NARRATIVE ABOUT CHILD ABUSE EVER WRITTEN BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THE DISORIENTATION AND PRIMAL FEAR OF THE VICTIMS BEFORE YOURE GIVEN ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THE EVENTS AS AN OUTSIDE OBSERVER WOULD SEE THEM AND THE FORMAT OF AN UNFINISHED PS1 GAME WOULD PROBABLY ACCOMPLISH THAT TO SOME EXTENT ON ITS OWN EVEN IF THERE WERENT ALSO A VERY SATISFYING MYSTERY TO UNCOVER WITH AN UNRELIABLE NARRATOR
