Language is so important for bridging gaps imposed by geography. Proud to be trilingual!
I had one lesson today - chemistry! We did a really simple practical for our official records which I am about to write up. I also got my maths mock back - 82/100, which is an A! I’m so happy!
Nothing can bring me down today and I’m feeling so productive. I’ve just done my German homework (as you can see, it’s about the EU 😭) and I have also done a load of Quizlet practice and admin for German.
I’ve also started reading Le Père Goriot by Honoré de Balzac, which my lovely French teacher brought back from her parents’ home in France for me to read!
Next up: filing away and revising French notes so I can be prepared for a mock speaking on Monday :)

3 days until A Level results day and I feel physically sick knowing that what’s on that paper is not going to be a reflection of my best work by a long shot.
However, I know that I will have plenty of opportunities to prove myself at uni. New chapter, new start. It’s all a learning curve and those results can’t hurt me. I’ve already got a confirmed place at uni; now I need to focus on that.
Good luck to any fellow A level takers of 2019. We will get out the other side x
Reblogging because this is some serious talent that needs to be shown to the whole world 😍

I love getting the answer right, knowing all my hard work is paying off. Particularly because maths doesn’t come naturally to me and I’m doing it without the help of a teacher.
I’m posting early because I have a long evening ahead and don’t know if I can post later, so I’ve not left for school yet and have just under an hour until I do. I only have two lessons so all should be well.
My exam results were released yesterday - I averaged 91.1% and I’m honestly elated with that! Taking a very low-key year to focus on being kind to myself was the best thing I ever did and I’m in a much better place for next year.
I’ve been flitting between this and that today - a bit of reading, a bit of work and some digital sketching. What you see is the mess that my brain is today haha
Stay safe my dudes :)

Omg I am so bad at posting but I promise I have been productive! I’ve done all my homework and read ahead in advance because I am missing Monday and Tuesday’s lessons as I am flying to Berlin tomorrow and spending my 18th birthday there!
Have an amazing week 💕
I wrote a letter to my uni friend today. Along with it, I sent her some homemade star confetti, a list of music and films I was enjoying (she shared her playlist with me first and I thought it was a cute idea), and a handwritten copy of my favourite Brecht poem, since we met each other in German class. I hope she likes them as much as I do.
I’ve just hit 50 followers and my tumblr has blown up today because I have thrown myself into the community. You all are amazing my friends, even if I cannot physically message everyone individually to tell you that.
- you are a studyblr
- you are super friendly
- you love when people message you
- you want to support everyone in the community
one thing i love about this community is that it is one big family and everyone is ready to support eachother. reblog this and follow the people that also reblog and start some super cute supportive friendships because you all deserve the best
It is Wednesday, my dudes!
I am right in the middle of mocks right now and I have biology and chemistry tomorrow. I am revising the heart because I’ve not done it in a while! (I also quite enjoy drawing it - can you tell?)
How has your week been so far?
