Skinner didn’t really think the Arcadia case was going to be an x-file. They asked him if he knew any two agents who could believable portray a married couple and he said “these babies wont just act like a married couple for their neighbors, they’ll have US questioning weather or not they’re a married couple”

Someone give me an x-files fic prompt to work on tomorrow can be fluffy or angsty or hurt comfort but I haven’t yet finished season 8 so nothing after that please (ignore that i havent worked on A Muse, A Myth, A Mortal all week, I’ll get around to it)

My favorite goof in the entire series is when mulder (not sarcastically, completely serious) says “i don’t know, i’m not a psychologist”

okay but mulder having a degree in psychology and scully's being forensic pathology is like. they have very different methods, obviously. but they both spend their time rooting around in other people's insides, hoping to understand.

Wow! I just finished the last episode of the hit tv series the xfiles to ever air, i just finished s8e21 existence from the tv show the x files comprised of 8 season and 1 movie! Such a happy ending!
