In which, Impulse pays lots of attention in class and never gets distracted ever :)

i spent hours on this and its still not reaching my vision but idc anymore, so here u go. a very not distracting Skizz taking notes.

Day 17: Ren

out of curiosity: so in the au skizz is a singer and bass player for his band, right? does he still know how to play the drums as well? (like maybe more as a hobby?) I ask because I pictured impulse finding out and getting SO excited lol.

your art is awesome btw, your coloring is so vibrant and I love the way you draw wings!

Skizz does know how to play drums! But the other members of the band are BigB and Tango (and a secret fourth person shhh), and neither of them are gonna want to be front and center, singing and leading the band :P

So, Skizz has to sing, and you can't exactly sing *and* play drums, so he plays bass! That, and he doesn't need a drum player, because the secret fourth person plays drums :D

But Impulse doesn't know he plays drums yet.. I'm thinking I'm going to put out a post soon about how they meet, and that'll be the start of the current timeline :) But he's certainly going to be excited to learn

Also thank youuuu! I'm so pleased with how the art's been turning out; the colors are definitely outside my comfort zone, but Enkay's been helping me pick things out <3 And btw I have more art coming soon that I think puts all the stuff thus far to shame >:))))

((Also also if anyone can guess who the secret fourth member is I'll whip up a drawing them that I think y'all will like ;)))

I do love them, and as with all things I love (Impulse and Skizz), I think they should be put in a blender 👍

Please tell me you'll be posting the translations for the galactic? Or that someone in the tags will, bc it makes my head hurt to try but I desperately want to know

We will, but only after all the journal pages are released, on our ao3! If you stick around, your patience will be rewarded. Until then, the galactic is a secret for the people willing to translate it >:)
