[ day one ] my world obeys me intention , the 3d reflects my thoughts, not the other way around. test , assume you'll hear a specific word today (butterfly, ocean, apple, whatever) affirmation , my assumptions are law. i think it, i see it.
[ day two ] i'm lucky to the point of suspicion intention , things go right for me by default test , assume you'll avoid inconvenience. no traffic, no long lines, no wifi crashes affirmation , things always work out for me. even if they shouldn't.
[ day three ] people like me for no reason intention , everyone is nice to me today test , assume compliments, extra kindness, good shit only affirmation , people treat me as if i'm someone they've already decided to love.
[ day four ] i get what i want without asking twice intention , test instant manifestation test , choose one small, specific desire and assume it's already on the way (free coffee, exact parking spot, dm from xyz) affirmation , i don't chase, i attract, and i attract fast.
[ day five ] my energy bends intention , assume your presence has impact test , walk into a room and assume everyone notices you affirmation , when i walk in, energy shifts in my favour.
[ day six ] i said it's mine. guess what intention , make a bold declaration test , post it anywhere (on your tumblr or tiktok or whatever. even a close friends with zero people in it). ex: "i'm getting x." hold the assumption NO MATTER what affirmation , the moment i claim it, it's locked in.
[ day seven ] reality is simply my mirror intention , detach from results, they're already written test , when something goes wrong, don't react, stay in your assumption. affirmation , my reaction writes the story, i choose the ending.
week two , deciding you're god
[ day eight ] the universe is obsessed with me intention , test synchronicity test , pick a sign to appear today, not a maybe, just declare it will affirmation , the universe follows my lead, always.
[ day nine ] money loves me intention , change money assumptions test , expect unexpected cash. refund, discount, gift. affirmation , money finds me. i don't look for it.
[ day ten ] time bends for me intention , control time test , decide something happens faster than it should today affirmation , time is weak and it folds when i speak.
[ day eleven ] i am unquestionable intention , test social confidence test , assume everyone agrees with you, even if you say something bold affirmation , when i speak, people agree.
[ day twelve ] i shift reality because i say so intention , choose one big desire and then declare it done. no maybes and no manifestings. this is done. test , track every tiny sign that it's already unfolding. affirmation , this is mine, everything is catching up.
[ day thirteen ] i don't need logic, why would i? i have authority intention , assume the impossible can happen test , pick something that feels too big and start treating it like a basic right affirmation , i make the rules, technics are optional.
[ day fourteen ] i am the cause intention , reflect on the whole challenge test , list every single thing that shifted. then choose what's next. affirmation , i did that. and i'll do it again.
you don’t need to be constantly excited of shifting. you don’t have to be obsessed over your dr in order to shift and you don’t have to be ‘connected' with your dr self or your dr to shift. you can even shift by not thinking about you dr !!!! just because you can it doesn’t mean you have
So yesterday I decided to put on meditative music before I went to bed and I had this weird ass nightmare that I was pulling for a weapon on genshin and I got peak patrol song instead of skirks sig (?!?!?!) and then I woke up in cold sweat. Very strange dream but whatever has to do with my dr i'll take.
(even weirder is that I took a break during Xilonen's banner and only saw the weapon once so it's kinda strange how insanely detailed it was in my dream(?)

you know how to have your manifestation you have to match your frequency to that thing? it works the exact same with shifting and that may be the thing that’s “holding you back” from shifting.

here are some things you can do to raise your frequency:
eat as healthy as possible - try to eat less processed foods, drink lots of water
go for runs and walks
meditate (you don’t only have to meditate when trying to shift, meditation has many more benefits)
get enough sleep at the right time (going to sleep early and waking up early, not the other way around)
do more of what brings you joy (unless it’s harming you) especially if it sparks your creativity
feel your feelings instead of suppressing them
gratitude journaling
cut out things and people that make you anxious

people often try to force their way into their dr with low vibrational energy and feel frustrated if they “fail”. understand that the way you currently feel doesnt matter as much as your overall frequency. if your overall frequency is low then you might shift into a place where i promise you, you dont want to be in (the lower astral plane - when we astral project (or shift), we are using our mind to project our soul/consciousness into the astral plane. you will only see and encounter beings that are on a similar frequency as you. if you operate on a low frequency, you will come across negative entities. - more about it here page 13) it might just be your own spirit guides holding you back from being able to shift in order to protect you. instead of feeling angry at “failed” attempts, try to raise your frequency.

youre not gonna do it tomorrow, you know it, today was yesterdays tomorrow, you still wont do it, theres 1 thing that stops u from shifting, which is decideding you wont shift.

if you're constantly going "im excited for my dr" the same way you'd say "i'm excited for disneyland," then your brain's just gonna keep treating it like a ride. a cute little script with a beginning middle end and oh my god the protagonist is meeeeee
start doing boring stuff
what's your dr address. what time does your bus come. what's the name of the kid who always borrows your charger and never gives it back. do you keep snacks in your desk. what's your routine. what time does the sun come in through the window. what shampoo do you use. what's the name of the teacher you hate
start treating it like your actual life. the more boring details you hold, the more anchored it becomes. you don't need it to feel special, you need it to feel normal
So this actually happened a while ago ( a month I think) so it's kind of a vague memory.
It was late at night and I was getting ready to go to bed, I had shifting on my mind but idk I was very tired and just wanted to go to bed. So I layed in bed and it felt like i just kinda skipped the whole 30 minutes it takes for me to actually fall asleep and I could physically feel me on TOP of my bed getting swung around the place
it sounds so unbelievable but stay with me. I felt like my mattress was getting tugged up in the air and then violently pushed down 2 meters into the ground and getting swung from left to right so hard I felt a pain in my head.
It felt like i was bouncing in and out of consciousness and eventually I just told it to stop (?!?!?) and the feel disappeared and I "woke up" again and I was super duper confused.
Finding shifting was like uncovering a forgotten truth that was written in the stars.
things that won't stop you from shifting
꒰ putting your dr on a pedestal , does not exist. it is not some glass castle suspended in the ether. it is a place like any other, as accessible as a room you haven’t walked into yet.
꒰ fantasising about your dr , does not matter. your brain is not a courtroom and you are not on trial for thought crimes. imagining a place does not exile you from it.
꒰ not knowing everything about your dr , won't impact. you do not need to be a historian of your own life. you do not need to have memorised the census records and economic structures of a world you are simply in.
꒰ being too attached to your dr , does not ruin it. urgency does not dismantle possibility. the sky does not fold in on itself every time someone desperately wants rain.
꒰ not being "calm enough" , no one is breathing monkishly through their nose 24/7. you are not required to be an unmoved river stone. people shift after a long day at work. people shift mid-existential crisis. it is not yoga, it is not meditation, it is a thing that happens when it happens.
꒰ doubting yourself from time to time , irrelevant. you do not need to pass a faith test. you do not need to be baptised in unwavering conviction. you just need to assume. doubt is a background noise, not a locked door.

Tbh it’s so annoying to only see shifting content about Harry Potter, The Walking Dead and Marvel (and etc.). 🫠 I get that they’re very popular, but it’s soooo incredibly difficult to find shifting content about other DRs. There are sooo many subliminals or guided meditation or whatever that are only Harry Potter
