These solar eclipse shadows form due to the distance between the sun and the leaves on the trees. The distance and the proximity of the leaves to one another cause for a "lensing" type effect, making the eclipse shadow clearer to the human eye.

This Holy Grail of Willow/Tara season 4 fanfiction I found is going to occupy my time all weekend. I’ve been wanting to read fanfiction from Tara’s point of view in meeting and falling in love with Willow. Haven’t found much there but this will do. It’s a “fill-in-the-gaps” kind, … which is my favourite kind because it’s usually very consistent with the character’s personalities and experiences and seems canon. Therefore you don’t feel alienated in reading it. 

Thought that Willow and Tara didn’t get enough screen-time in season 4? This makes up for it. Enjoy. I know I certainly will.
