Criminals who knew of other criminals essentially made more of those criminals' legal times, and more of their criminal or criminally reprogrammed times, so that they could both observe those other times, and access them, through similar, friendly sounding communications, and group data storage, and also through other means, much along the lines of the ways legal times are accessed, coerced, or misdirected by criminally controlled similar times.
