ramble: ooof. ooooooooooooof. oooof my man, this is so soft. this is like one of those commercials of cruisers with the couple just enjoying the life. it’s sot. it’s nice. it’s sweet. it melted my heart. it’s well written. it’s smitten keith. it’s beautiful boy lance. IT’S SMITTEN KEITH. just read it. it’s 700 of pure purest most pure fluff. kudos x 10000. (im also planning on reading the rest of their stuff soon, v v soon, like, as soon as i finish this rec)

ramble: motherfcuker. dkjhjfdkhgk fucking five times style but so fucking lovely to read. it’s not tiring, it’s easy to follow. not only is this like so fucking full of smitten keith and equally smitten lance, but it’s super well writing, they keep the pace, affections are not hidden or anything, they are open and clear and SHOWN. platonically and romatically. it’s so fucking lovely to read that. to see klance interactions outside each other but together??? if that makes sense. just, really fucking lovely and im also gonna read the rest of their works v v fucking soon.

ramble: OK okay oKA OKay. I took a risk on this one bc I usually stay away from ghosts au when one of them are, well, ghost. I’m a coward for possible angst (har har to my past as the angst empress) but the author fucking nailed it and did so fucking good and developing an entire world full of magic and the way they spread small details about Keith's job as a necromancer was incredibly well done in my humble opinion, it was so damn easy to follow and understand the job and Keith’s life in easy short sentences that were like fun facts and flew so well with the rest of the scene. like they belonged together. just, really well done. AND LANCE’S SORY HURT ME. AND THEM FALLING IN LOVE. AND ACHING FOR EACH OTHER. AND THE THE THE FUCKING ANGST MAN. IT ALMOST FUCKING GOT ME BUT BOY DID IT BROUGHT ME BACK TO LIFE THRICE BY THE END OF THE FIC. FUCK. I LOVE IT SO MUCH. 

d) low on sleep by  DJBunn3 / @djbunn3

ramble: it’s so domestic and somehow oddly intimate, like, it just fills you with affection between them bc damn, they might not have the same interests but like hell that stops them, they just like being near each other and that’s fucking beautiful. it’s basically just Keith watching Lance play despite being 1 am and he stays with him and Lance is just, fucking filled with love and affection for this boy. it’s really lovely and well written. hella enjoyable.

e) Gospel Future by  Voido / @bluetenspleisser

ramble: listen, this is hella well written, just a joy to read and the feelings are pan out really fucking well. I loved the flow inside and how the conversation moved. I loved Lance hesitation bc that’s a real thing, it felt so natural. loved it to pieces and the author is really good. bless. it’s basically just Lance bringing the game show topic to light and venting with Keith about it. really heart felt.

f) Another chance to get it write by  vrepitsals 

ramble: ok let me start by saying that this author is super really good and love a lot of their stories, this one is the one that really hook me up tbh. it’s really fucking lovely to seekeith writing lvoe letter to he believes is a guy named Taylor (yall know where this is going) it was romantic, it was adorable, it was a small doze of angst but a healthy one, happy ending. just, everything was really lovely and well written and good. the second chapter really fucking killed me man, it’s such a good re read. (also that pun in the title? top A pun, love it)

g) wish that i could take you to the stars by  rosedvst /  @etherja

ramble: suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuch a good author, really so good. kudos x 10000. and this goddamn entire concept it’s just so fucking lovely, it’s personally one of my favorite concepts i never knew i needed and i just, wow. i literally have no words but i think i fangirled with kiilea when i rec it privatly to her and i was a meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeess. again, such a good author, they ejecuted the concept of soulmates, i guess? not soulmates per se, but every time you fall in love you get flowers on your skin, like tattos, and when you fall out of love (i believe) they fade and look like scars but they are still visable. and guess who has lovely roses glowing bright on their gorgeous brown skin? lovely, i tell you. also, smitten dorks.

ramble: this is soooo fucking cute man, god. it’s smol but really fucking cute ok? it’s like a classic one of hurt keith and lance just caring a lot and confessions in a cliche but really warm way, ya know? like, something you just love to read over and over depsite it bc something we just need that!! def on my bookmarks.

ramble: i…do not know how but this author managed to do the entire fic in this warm and fuzzy and gentle wave?? like, it just surronds you. it’s klance first anniversayr and keith planned something special and honestly, it’s really warm and heartfelt and gentle and pls give it a go. it’s really good and well written and they have such a talent for atmosphere in this fic and every fic they have wrote. so talent.

j) am i scaring you tonight? by skyestiel / @tobiologist

ramble: tobi is sooooooooooooooooo good and so creative and writes so fucking well and the story is about klance first meeting and pining at the finest and them just being awakard also, ghosts and the way the narrate the events is just hhhmmmmhhhmmm so good. such an amazing author.

ramble: uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugh. well written as fuck. its amazing and so warm and FUN!! i enjoyed this fic so damn much so please read it. and if u have READ IT AGAIN. i love with all my heart. it’s about lance kissing keith out of nowhere and keith being like I LVOE IT BUT WHAT IS HAPPENING. really fun <3

ramble: DO NOT TOUCH ME, THEY HAD NO FUCKING RIGHT TO TWIST MY HEART AT THE ENDING. Like you would think the ending is like a bonus, bcsometimes they are ok? they are bonuses, of something funny and comical or just warming ya know? BUT THIS ONE. THIS ONE BROKE ME, LIKE THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO MAKE ME FEEL THINGS ALL OVER AGAIN LIKE HOW DARE. IT’S BASICALLY KEITH’S WOLF (WHOSE NAME IF NUGGET HERE, PLS KILL ME THATS ADORABLE) HOOKING KEITH AND LANCE UP. IT’S SO PRECIOUS.

Soft Klance headcanons- for Liz :)

- Keith won’t admit that he likes it when Lance cards his fingers through his hair, but his hums of content whenever Lance does it tell it for him

- Lance likes being the little spoon, but so does Keith, so they compromise but cuddling chest to chest, Keiths head tucked under Lances chin, legs tangled

- Keith sleeps like the dead, and Lance has to poke him each morning because he can’t tell if the boy is still breathing

- Keith likes the warmth of Lances hands on his body, so he doesn’t complain when he wakes up to soft stroking on his pale skin

- On missions, Lance uses cheesy one-liners like “if i don’t make it out of here, i love you” and Keith acts annoyed but they actually make his heart flutter

- Once, Keith took a hard hit, and Lance carried him to the cyropod, joking that the “tables have turned” to keiths unconscious body

- Keith wasn’t unconscious and he won’t let Lance live it down

- Keith traces constellations into Lances tan chest in their shared bed when a mission goes wrong or is rough. They both find comfort in the silence and rhythm of the pad of Keiths finger on Lances skin

- After Keith gets his scar, Lances kisses it every morning, after every training session, after everytime they have sex, and every night before they sleep. Its his reminder to Keith that scar is not a flaw, but a part of him that makes him beautiful

- When Lance is sitting on the couch, even if he’s in conversation, Keith will come and just plop himself in Lances space, head on his lap, and Lance will start running his fingers through Keiths hair without missing a beat, not breaking conversation

- Whenever a pretty alien approaches Lance, Keith flares up with jealousy and makes it clear that Lances is his.

- Lance likes it

- Lance gets jealous too, but he projects it into whoever is attempting to hit on Keith. He usually glares daggers and wraps a protective arm around Keiths waist, pulling him close to his side

- Keith doesn’t complain, he gets to smell Lances sweet coconut body wash

- Keith likes to kiss barely there freckles across Lances cheeks, making the other boy very giggly and very flustered

- Keith finds it endearing

- Lance is just embarrassed

- Lances gets his revenge whenever he touches the inside of Keith wrists, and very sensitive spot that leaves him with hitched breaths whenever Lance gently runs a finger across it

- Keith hates it (he doesn’t)

- Lance thinks it’s cute

- They pilot red together and playful bicker over who he likes more

- “Obviously he likes me, he chose me in seconds!”

- “I piloted him first! He has a biased opinion because I’ve talked about how much I liked you to him”

- Lance, eyes wide with shock “…you what?”

- Keith isn’t the best at dealing with emotions, and often tackles them through training, Lance sometimes has to drag him out and force him to do something relaxing

- By some miracle, he gets Keith to do his skin care routine with him

- Keith won’t say it to Lance, but he liked it

- Lance becomes anxious whenever he forgets to tell Keith he loves him when they go into a risky battle, and peppers him with face kisses when he sees he’s okay

- One time he wasn’t and Lance was terrified, he didn’t leave Keiths healing pod until he stumbled out and into his arms, mumbling “i love you” over and over again into his hair

- Keith hugs Lance more often and for a longer period of time after that

- Whenever Hunk cooks a dessert-like food, they get into a good fight after Keith dollops whatever the food is (usually ice cream) on to Lances nose

- Lance pulls the cheesy “you have food on your lips” trope, kissing Keith even if he didn’t actually have any food there

- Keith wakes up with bedhead, and it’s the most adorable thing Lance has ever seen

- Keith hates it

- If Keith has a bad day, Lance wordlessly leads them to their shared room and on to the bed, rubbing small circles into his hips to soothe him

- It works every single time, Keith falling asleep minutes into Lances comfort mechanism

- They won’t hesitate to take a bullet for each other, which leads to a lot of arguments

- They always get resolved, ending in soft touches and tender kisses

- Lance sometimes kicks Keith off the bed in his sleep, and when Keith wakes up on the floor, he milks the guilt Lance feels

- He once got Lance to bring him breakfast in bed for an entire week

- Everytime Keith puts his hair in a ponytail Lance loses his ability to breathe

- Everytime Lance wears clothes that reveal more skin than usual Keith loses coherent thought

- They find mutual comfort in each other, falling deeper in love with the other every passing second on the castle ship

We are forced to live in a system that steals from us daily, Kill snitch culture.

Some stuff I took forever ago but I don’t post on here often so yeah

I feel like Lance would be the one to propose but it’d in the worst possible situation.

Like, he doesn’t have a ring or a special night planned, it’s just a sudden thought he has when they’re in the middle of battle.

Keith and Lance have been dating for a while now (a year? Five? Idk, you decide) and one day when the team is separated and Keith and Lance are swarmed by Galra fleets. They’re standing back to back, covering each other.

And Lance just turns around and looks at Keith and all he thinks is

Holy shit I love this boy, I have to marry him.

So he’s trying to tell Keith but hey, these two are in the middle of battle they don’t have time to talk about marriage and a happily ever after.

But then they both manage to find cover. Lance is laying down defence fire before darting back down to where Keith is lying with his sword, trying to contact the others through the damaged comms and Lance just says over the sound of explosions and gun shots

“I want to marry you!”

And Keith is shocked at first, trying to process what his boyfriend just said and Lance repeats himself

“Lets get married!”

before Keith’s all like

“You’re proposing to me NOW?!”

And Lance tries to explain between attacks that he knows they’re at war and it’s the worst time to get married but he also knows that they could lose each other and at any moment and he wants to be able to call him his husband even if it’s just for one day.

And Keith just grabs his hand and runs through enemy lines, taking out Galra soldiers and telling him how much of an idiot he is.

But as they’re running away, Lance feels Keith’s hand tighten around his and he just says “yes”

And at first Lance is confused until Keith just glances back at him

“If we manage to get out of this alive, then yes, I will marry you.”

And Lance gets the biggest smile on his face because he has a fiance
