It really depends. For me its a matter of mood, energy, and what exactly I'm reading.
I have dyslexia so ebooks can be great since i can change the font and size. For some books I have to do that because the paper books font is strange (like hand written looking).
I really love the feel of paper books and they make me happy. but theres no zoom, color changing, font changing, etc. and i can lose them which isn't great.
Comics are nice and easy in either form but sometimes worth physical comics the text is still too small.
I love audio books but i cant do anything else with them on because i'll zone out and miss whats being said and have to rewind.
However, what I'm reading matters too. For instance, I prefer anything that may have triggering content (horror, true crime, etc.) in either ebook or paper form so i can skim and skip sections when i need to.
And sometimes its a matter of energy. Sometimes i'm just too tired to read, in that case I'll listen to an audiobook. Other times I'm over stimulated and need a good paper book to get away from the screens.
This isn't really the question but there's also the matter of availability, i don't have access to as many paper books as I do ebooks so regardless of preference i read a lot more ebooks by default.
Been thinking a lot about reading and getting information from text recently as someone with ADHD so I'm curious
I hate to say reblog to increase sample size but my following is pretty small and I'd like to get actual input on this, so if you wanna toss a reblog after you answer that'd be much appreciated <3
I’m looking for manga recommendations for a YouTube video, I’m making.

Another study/recreation but i feel very proud of this one for capturing the colors and lighting
Where I got the reverence image (if I find the exact image link will update)
My girlfriend Ivy just made her first finished piece! I started teaching her to draw a few months ago from nothing and now we’re here, I’m so proud of her!
Forgive the watermark this is from my old deviant art.
I was a huge Ink Potts fan. Their Count of Monte Cristo animatics in particular were very inspiring to me. The pony to the left is Mare my ponysona and to the right is my ex's character. I drew our ponysonas a lot.
I still love this one honestly I've always been very proud of it. I've been thinking of redrawing it with Mare's updated design and my new partners pony.
Inspired by my gfs guild wars 2 character. I enjoyed photo-bashing the background.
Hi, I'm Cypher. I've been drawing for over a decade now and built up a lot of random art. I decided to raid my old collection and start posting it.
These are not the oldest pieces I have but they were some of the first MLP fan art I drew. In fact Fluttershy in the upper left hand corner was my first attempt at drawing a pony.
This is what I typically consider the first art I ever made. Everything before this was just a creative outlet and mindless scribbling. This was the first time I was aware I was trying to make art.
An experiment that once finished my gf dubbed Chadington
How to draw manga books are wild man.
i'm just curious bc i'm watching How to Train Your Dragon and i always forget how happy and calm it makes me feel. i mean, i did name my cat after Toothless the dragon. but i also love Lion King, that's my Disney comfort movie. and my Ghibli comfort movie is Spirited Away. watching any of these when i'm in a foul mood or my anxiety is high always helps 🥰 but i watch them just for fun too, not only when i'm in a mood. what about you?
