List Of Palestinian Fundraisers (part 1)

list of palestinian fundraisers (part 1)

(part 2)

during the past several days, i have received a mass influx of asks and messages from vetted palestinians seeking my support for their campaigns. up until now, i have been answering these people on an individual basis, but i no longer find that very practical given how many there are, so i'm going to try to create masterlists like this one instead. it's something i had been considering doing for a while now, since i find that lists tend to get more engagement, not to mention that it's recently become clear that a good handful of people on here baselessly equate asks with scams, so maybe this will help.

if you see this post, please consider not just reblogging. the point of lists like these is to spotlight various fundraisers and get people to support them monetarily. please, try picking out one of two of these and consider contributing! every little bit helps!

Ehab Ayyad (@ehabayyad23) - €319/€50,000 (0.63% progress) // new fundraiser not yet vetted but appears legitimate

Basel Ayyad (@basel-1995) - CHF5,403/CHF60,000 (9.01% progress) // vetted twice by @/el-shab-hussein and @/nabulsi (#214 on this spreadsheet) // LOW FUNDS -> Note: Basel's daughter is chronically ill and requires medical care.

Safaa and Abed (@safaabed8) - €24,669/€50,000 (49.34% progress) // vetted by @/90-ghost (here) and @/northgazaupdates (here)

Adham Ayyad (@stupendouswolfearthquake) - kr6,941/kr750,000 (13.88% progress) // vetted by @/90-ghost (here)

Hadeel Mikki (@hadeelmekki) - €10,948/€35,000 (31.28% progress) // vetted by @/90-ghost (here)

Walaa Ahmed (@ahmed79ss) - $9,502 CAD/$50,000 (19.00% progress) // vetted by @/90-ghost (here) -> Note: Walaa has Type 1 diabetes and is in desperate need of insulin.

Mahmoud Alkhaldi (@mahmoud1995) - $6,567/$50,000 (13.13% progress) // vetted by @/90-ghost (here)

Abdel Muti Al-Habil (@abdelmutei) - €5,393/€50,000 (10.79% progress) // vetted by @/90-ghost (here)

Nour Alanqar (@noor-alanqar) - €17,114/€40,000 (42.79% progress) // vetted by @/90-ghost (here)

Heba Al-Anqar (@heba-baker) - €1,832/€60,000 (3.05% progress) // vetted by @/90-ghost (here) // LOW FUNDS -> Note: Heba's father is physically disabled with heart problems, and Heba's mother suffers from asthma.

The war will end, the leaders will shake hands, and that old woman will remain waiting for her martyred son, that girl will wait for her beloved husband, and those children will wait for their heroic father. I do not know who sold out the homeland, but I have seen who paid the price.💔🙏

Emergency: Help save my children's lives

Dear humanity,

Emergency: Help Save My Children's Lives

I am Habib from Gaza. I am married and have four children: Menna, 12 years old, Adam, 10 years old (suffering from quadriplegia), Maria, 6 years old, and Ezz, one year old. Although they are young, they have survived previous wars, but this current war is the most difficult of all. This is a war of genocide, and the difficulty of the war lies in the inability to meet the needs of my son Adam, who needs special care.

Emergency: Help Save My Children's Lives

Over the past ten months, we have been caught in the crossfire of the ongoing conflict in Gaza. Our once peaceful home in Khan Yunis has been reduced to rubble, and now we find ourselves displaced in Deir al-Balah, living in squalid conditions in a makeshift tent on the streets. The devastation not only deprived us of our physical shelter, but also destroyed my livelihood - the once thriving business that supported our family's well-being, is now in ruins. The daily struggle for survival is exacerbated by the scarcity of basic necessities such as clean water, adequate sanitation and basic medical supplies

Dear humanity, I am Habib from Gaza. I am married and have four children: Menna, 12 yea… Naya Albozom needs your support for Help save m

Our home was the place where we found hope and safety, and where we made precious memories. Losing him was like losing years of our lives.

Emergency: Help Save My Children's Lives

Not only that, they destroyed my source of livelihood, burned it, and demolished it with bulldozers, and today I am without a home and without a job. I was working in a store I owned that met the needs and expenses of my family

Emergency: Help Save My Children's Lives

Living in tents is miserable. There is a lack of drinking water, hot sun rays, and strange insects that have terrified my children. What hurts me most is my young son Ezz, who I see growing up in an unclean environment and with no healthy food for him. I believe he has not received his right to life.

Emergency: Help Save My Children's Lives

At this stage, my husband and I decided to go to you and create an account on the Go Fund Me website and ask you to help us in these difficult times until we get out of Gaza, from the land of war to the land of peace. All we need from you is to support us and help us to get out of the war, even if you cannot help. You should spread the word. This campaign is everywhere and among your friends. We thank you for your stance and support for us. Thank you, my friends

The amount that will be collected from this campaign :

We will spend it by paying the amount to coordinate entry through the Rafah land crossing, which connects Gaza to the State of Egypt, since, as I mentioned, they charge an adult $5,000, but depending on the pressures, crises, and waiting, the amount may reach $7,000 per person, and children $2,500 to $4,000.

We will also use it for the rest of the travel and safe transportation expenses to provide for all family members.

May God reward you with all the best and may God bless you

Best wishes with sincere gratitude,

Hope in the Face of Adversity: Supporting Hani to Rebuild His Life 🍉🕊️

Hope in the Face of Adversity: Supporting Hani to Rebuild Hi… Hani Yasser needs your support for Rebuilding the Homeland and Restoring Ho

I am a 26-year-old young man from Gaza. The war destroyed everything I held dear; I lost my home 🏚️, my job 💼, my car 🚗, and most painfully, I lost members of my extended family. Today, I live in a tent with my younger siblings, while my father, who is unable to work, and my sick mother suffer from serious health conditions 🏥.

Hope In The Face Of Adversity: Supporting Hani To Rebuild His Life 🍉🕊️

I used to work as a car driver 🚐, and it was my only source of income. But today, after the war destroyed everything, I no longer have a way to earn a living. Now, I spend my time seeking help from social and humanitarian organizations, but unfortunately, I have not been able to find sufficient support to alleviate the harsh conditions we are going through. 🙏

Hope In The Face Of Adversity: Supporting Hani To Rebuild His Life 🍉🕊️

Every day, I face bitter challenges; from securing food 🍞 and medicine 💊 for my siblings to dealing with their daily fears. My father, who was once our source of strength 💪, is no longer able to work, and my mother requires constant medical care due to her chronic illness 🩺. In this situation, I try to be the only hope for my family, but I am in desperate need of your help 🤝.

Hope In The Face Of Adversity: Supporting Hani To Rebuild His Life 🍉🕊️

I am writing to you today because we are in a critical moment. We urgently need your support to get through this crisis 🚨. Every donation, no matter how small, can make a real difference in our lives 🌱 and can be the lifeline we need to survive this dark situation 🌑.

Hope In The Face Of Adversity: Supporting Hani To Rebuild His Life 🍉🕊️

Please don’t let our story pass by without leaving your mark ✋. Your donation is not just support; it is the hope that gives us the strength to continue living with dignity ✨. We ask for your help with hearts full of hope and trust 💖 because we believe that someone out there can make a real difference in our suffering.

Hope In The Face Of Adversity: Supporting Hani To Rebuild His Life 🍉🕊️

Be the hand that reaches out to us 🙌 and join us in building a new life for our family 🏡. Thank you for reading and caring, and may your support be the spark that brings us hope and stability 🔥.

everything is romantic if you’re hopeless enough.

I genuinely feel ashamed that all I can do is write words while more and more Arab people die - but momentum for fundraisers is one of very few things any of us can do at the moment

Please donate to the Sameer Project. They are doing amazing work on the ground. Try to do what you can. Sharing and donating as little as 5 dollars can culminate into a big difference. I have enough of a following to know that we can make a truly big difference if this didn’t simply go ignored bc people decided they’re bored now

heard someone say archive of our own should install a "dislike" button and I thought I should say this: no, there's absolutely no need for archive of our own to install a "dislike" button.

why? because archive of our own isn't tiktok or youtube or twitter/x where users can monetize their content. archive of our own is a nonprofit site run by fans for fans, which means every content — every fanfic — you see on archive of our own was made out of pure love and passion from the artists/authors.

ao3 authors write because writing about these characters is their happiness and passion. they write for themselves, but they were generous enough to share with you their creations.

they're not "content creators" the way tiktokers or youtubers or instagram models are. they don't "make content" for views and engagements that can be monetized.

so no, you don't get to "grade their works" unless they specifically and directly ask you to.

you don't get to "say what you dislike about their works" unless they specifically and directly ask you to.

you don't get to "dislike" works that are not made specifically to please you in the first place. you're just a guest in someone's house, a house in which they let you in because they were kind, you don't get to roam around their house and say what you dislike about their furniture. you don't get to roam around their house and say you "dislike their house".

of course, you can have your opinion about the house its host invites you in. but if it's a negative one and you find yourself not liking the house, the polite things for you to do is excuse yourself and leave without telling them you dislike their house.

and just because you personally dislike the house doesn't mean the house is "ugly" either. the house you dislike could be a favorite, most luxurious place to many others.

my point is, don't be entitled by wanting the rights to voice your disapproval of things that you get to enjoy for free. don't be entitled by wanting the rights to voice your disapproval of things that were made out of love and passion — things the artists made for themselves for fun.

it makes you look like an entitled jerk with main character syndrome. the universe does not revolve around you.

now repeat after me: don't like don't read. no one forces you to continue reading a fic you don't like. quietly leave instead of being rude to authors who write for free because writing is their source of comfort.

people are so used to contents that were made because it's a trend / contents like tiktok that were made with the main purpose of reaching high engagement and making profits that they forget sometimes things can be made out of love and be made just for fun. sometimes things are supposed to just be for people to enjoy, and if some people don't enjoy them, then they can simply leave without being unnecessary unkind.
