Even though we as a country are going through such a great divide right now, let us never forget that this is still the United States of America, a country that once came together during the worst tragedy in our nation’s history.

Though we may have our differences, let today be a time of remembrance, of reflection, of coming together, United, to comfort each other, especially those who lost someone in this event.

We are United. We will never forget. Nothing can truly ever take that away from us.
