On deltarune's newsletter.
I'm curious as to why Toby Fox seems to be almost haunted by deltarune's ending,I've heard he had the idea for the ending specifically when he was ill and had a terrible fever dream, and now with this line of : " try as I might to sleep, until the game is finished, I'll see nothing but nightmares... " in the recent newsletter, curious, curious... I can only assume that this ending will be wild to say the least, good that he's making progress, seems like a project he's very passionate about.
I am not sure what to expect from the ending and perhaps that's a good thing, I can only imagine that it will be very, very interesting.
" The story doesn't end here... "
" I came to offer you... A pact."
This does make me curious for what's next, it seems like the devil chose Henri to possess, I'd say possess because sometimes Henri did seem to be acting as himself, sometimes as the devil, so much so that the others didn't realize that Henri was a bit different, makes sense, Henri already seems to have a love for pain and all, would be hard to notice a possession like that, it's very clear the devil chose him because he has plans, and I'm very intrigued as to what's ahead.
To me that seems to be what happened, though I might be wrong, will have to wait and see for more details.
" This moment does not need narration."
Man, this is just... sickening, No respect for the dead it seems.
It definitely made me sick to my stomach, and when he said that he killed Jasmim, Dante's girlfriend... what I felt was " it can't get any worse, can it?"
Well... yes it could.
" Gaspar, when she was found with stab marks, who do you think did that? You shouldn't have left us... if you were strong enough, you wouldn't have saved only her, but the little being inside of her as well, your son."
... Yes, he knew she was pregnant, he knew well what he did, it made me filled with anger because I thought of all of the moments that could have been, how he changed Dante's life in a single day, with one decision, he basically set this in motion there.
This is why I'd say Gal Sal is anything but impulsive, he can be cruel, but someone cruel that knows very well what he does, why he does it, this awareness is what makes it disturbing.
Indeed, that's another level of cruelty.
Oh, heh, these tiny mishaps happened often, guess you could say Dante lives rent-free in Gal-Sal's head, he just can't seem to get him out of his mind.
There were a lot of tiny bugs like this through the series, sometimes characters would glitch and either be huge or too tiny, or just wouldn't load sometimes, technical problems.
Yeah, and I hope this mark stays on Kian's back as a scar at least, so he never forgets the one who prophesied his downfall, the one who bravely fought hard to give his friends a chance, to give them time, hope.
It was a death fitting of a warrior, indeed, may he rest in glory, knowing it wasn't in vain.
" My eyes may be childish, but they see perfectly well the despair in yours." - Joui
Huh, indeed, Kian's eyes really show his despair in this picture, guess that saying is right, the eyes are the window to the soul.
That's a look of someone who knows he's lost.
