Hey, can I ask a question? You know how a lot of people headcannon that Kai has a higher body temperature than the average person? Then wouldn’t it make sense that a temperature that is a bit cold to us would be getting close to deadly for Kai? Sorry I’m probably just rambling and it’s late so idk if this is how it would actually work... Hey guys,  I am asking for help getting through this month and I desperately need your help to get groceries and keep my water and electricity on. My son and I haven’t been able to get enough formula we were declined WIC and I’ve been rationing milk and rice so I really could use help getting food for kahlil.

I’ve been struggling a lot these past few months and I have regularly skipped on eating (often for several days in a row) to try and make ends meet due to losing my job at the salon, I have struggled with bill payments and getting groceries/household supplies with absolutely no income, I could use anyone and everyone’s help in boosting/donating to my post so that I won’t lose him to social services. I have to have food in the house and utilities turned on by the end of this week or my parental status will be revoked.

yes, this is terrible. as someone who is deeply religious and literally a professional historian with a focus on art and architecture, this is terrible. im mourning. im gutted. im horrified and upset and miserable. but.

it’s not over.

victor hugo wrote hunchback because notre dame du paris was in the process of collapsing and falling apart, and revitalized the entire world’s focus and love for this church, and that was not even 200 years ago. it led to it being renovated.

the roof has fallen in. the scars of fires are on its buttresses. the rose window has fallen out. the beams and piers have collapsed. the spire has toppled. the stones have suffered, and will suffer again, but it is not gone.

renovation work is essential. sometimes things collapse and burn and break and have to come back. it’s not a terrorist attack, it’s renovation, an accident, but we have so much evidence, history, carefully documented everything on one of the most studied places in the world.

Hello ^_^ here’s the drawing for day two of ninjinktober, Cyborg! The definition for cyborg in the dictionary is “A fictional or hypothetical person whose physical abilities are extended beyond normal human limitations by mechanical elements built into the body.” So I kinda just decided to draw Karlof because his abilities are extended beyond a normal humans, (not sure if metal counts as mechanical tho...) and his element is kinda built into his body soooo.... here ya go!
